My dogs love the open area to run and play. Even my senior who hasn’t liked doggie day camp in the past loves this place. The staff is super friendly and attentive. When we park, the dogs that are already there run to the fence to see which friend of theirs is getting dropped off. It’s pretty adorable.

Action Pack is excellent! Our dog goes to the Liberty Hill location for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training. All of the staff are wonderful and care about the dogs. Our dog loves when he gets to go.

What a hidden gem in Liberty Hill! The facility was neat and clean as could be with a large, friendly, professional staff to take care of my three dogs. Great communication throughout my trip, and felt that my dogs received alot of attention and care.

I love Liberty Hill Action Pack! They are an amazing team and provide amazing service. My dog Phoebe has been going there every week for about a year and it has been an amazing experience. They love Phoebe as if she were theirs. Phoebe always gets so excited when we pull into the driveway and I love how the staff is always waiting to greet her and love on her. I wouldn’t trust any other place with her for daycare or boarding! Highly recommend them! ️

My dogs have been going to Action Pack Liberty Hill for almost a year now. The Round Rock location is stellar as well. Whether it's for grooming or boarding, my dogs always come back happy! The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The pricing is reasonable and super fair for the excellent care provided. Prior to finding Action Pack, I tried out a few other places like Shady Acres (Shady for real). So, thank you Action Pack for always providing great peace of mind and superb service!

Our dog, Shelby seems to love her time at Action Pack Dog Center in Liberty Hill. We don't worry about her when we leave her there. Great place & great staff!

Amazing staff. The one place I can take my pup when we go out of town and neither my girlfriend nor I have to worry about him

We recently took our 3 yr old dog here for our first boarding experience. Pros: The people were very kind and attentive and prices were reasonable but not great (~$41/ night min). Cons: in spite of the fact that our dog is current on all vaccines, she came home with a terrible case of kennel cough. Now in top of the boarding fees I have to pay vet bills and my dog is miserable. I realize it is very contagious but to me, a base line expectation is that the facilities are sanitized appropriately and affected dogs isolated in a boarding facility so as to prevent these kinds of things.

UPDATE: Adjusting the review to 3 stars based on the owner's follow up. To clarify the owners reply to my review, it seems my dog was out of date on her Bordatella vaccine by a few weeks which I was unaware of. That said the vaccine doesn't prevent the kennel cough, only minimizes its impact. Obviously they can't prevent all infected dogs from their facility, that's unreasonable. It is however the responsibility of the kennel to maintain appropriate levels of cleanliness to prevent its spread and ideally to notify customers of an outbreak.

From the AKC official web site: "Once kennel cough has come into a kennel, it is best to clear out the kennel for one-to-two weeks and clean with common disinfectants (such as bleach). It is important to remember that the disease can be spread by contact with objects that the infected dog has been around, such as food/water dishes, crates, bedding, and clothing. "

Great place to depend on when you need a good place to take care of your family pet while you travel. Friendly and great staff. Took very good care of my attacking wiener dog, Gunner. He is hard to please and when I picked him up he acted like he was just visiting his second home. Highly recommended and great rates and attentive to your pets needs.

So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when scheduling. Best we've found around here. They were able to trim one of our dogs nails that usually does not let anyone, and I mean anyone, cut her nails. Well done!
