Horrible customer service. Came in to buy some jewelry and walked right out. If you want rude customer service this is the place for you.

Poor costumer service no help at all low ball prices one of the female workers is a total b**** needs to get off her high horse not a good place to pawn your items!

I should have never came here. You bring great items new and barely used. They will not give you your money worth. I should have went to ez pawn. This was the close one to me. Never again. I wouldn't pawn my gold teeth here if I had some.

They have a little bit of everything in here. Some of the products are brand new. Check it out.

The employees are rude and complain alot about the products you bring in like if you wanted these things new you could gone buying them from the store yourself.daaa! No bathroom for the customer because of covid reasons, nice way to avoid cleaning them I guess.

This place absolutely sucks and so did the 2 workers that were "helping" me. Took a solid gold ring inside. Other pawn shops offered me well over $1000.00 for it while this God awful place said top dollar they could give me was $475.00? Then proceeds to tell me that the price may change if I die get a loan on it that very minute! I've bought from them over the years quite a bit of tools for my husband but after this terrible experiences will I ever do business there again. And when asked to speak with manager, they scrambled like kids playing hide and seek! @ssholes

Big place not much there though like I've been to other Action Pawns & maybe it's just the areas or inventory but this one had dust & was dirty with things I barely wanted to shop around and look. Besides that they are rude loud and lazy like come on I asked to look at a bike and they all just stood their like I wasn't a customer well guess their right cause they barely moved or wanted to help (body language) so I left not being a customer.

One male worker was extremely rude im goin to contact their main office an i got a picture of him hes not only rude but lazy i asked him for the coach purse mind you he wouldn't let me see the inside of the purse then i asked him if he had others his reply was no he then had to go attend another person an called another girl so she showed me a selection of purses an wallet what a horrible person people like him shouldn't work in retail or with customer if he doesn't want to work! Get a job that you enjoy doing the customer is at no fault.ty

This place will not hold up to their 30 day return policy. They will want to charge 15% of the sale price and clam it restockn fee. Claiming it has to sit on there back shelf and has to be cleaned and priced again when in fact your returning a item that they have in there system. So good luck on there shady business

Really overpriced guns. The smaller Action Pawn further down military has smaller selection but much better prices.

Horrible Managers! A manager was on his phone the whole time. Stood in front of him as he takes a personal phone call, looking him in the eye. Did not put the phone down to ask if I needed help. Nothing, another lady has walked up to me & asked me if I needed help. Dude was an A HOLE!

Went to get my firearms I got approved, mind you I know the process! After I got approved all I was waiting on was the employee that was helping me to bring me my firearms.

I was waiting for about 30min to receive my firearm, (no issue since it was busy)

I had a question and needed help so I stood in front of all 4 of them to ask a question and get some help and they all just looked at me and kept on with conversation. And most of the females workers (except the one that helped me) had attitude and making faces and out loud in front of customers telling another employee “I hate training on Saturdays”
Will never go here again lack of work ethic!

I called an hour prior to coming to the store and they told me they close at 8. I told them that I had just got out of work and I would be there by 7: 45. As I approached the door, it was locked. All employees were stared at me for about 5-10 mins and did not bother to open the door. MIND YOU, THEY WERE STARING AT ME. I was in a rush to get here because I didn’t want these fellow employees staying later than they had to. As they continued to stare and smirk at me, I walked back to my car to grab my phone. I walked back while calling them so that they can open the door. Young lady answered and said they were closed and couldn’t open the door. How is it closed if I just called and it wasn’t even 8 o’clock! Then a young man kindly opened the door but to only tell me they were closed but I was there before 8. I have one loan to take out and this will be the last time I ever come to this Pawn Shop. The only young lady who was very nice was the one with the really beautiful Halloween theme nails. I would like to thank her helping me.

Worked in customer service for a while. Been dealing with Rene off and on (mostly buying used guns) for years since he managed the Marbach location. He’s a solid, fair manager and values the principle of building rapport with customers and creating more long-term shop loyalty. He’s fair with working with you on used items and seems to have found a good sweet spot between working with customers and also still making money for the business. Anyway, seriously consider promoting him to a DIstrict Manager or further. Seeing folks like him who deserve it win is key. Too many people these days in higher positions who work in Retail/pawn/cust service seemed to have forgotten where they came from and/or the basics. Rene is old school and the exception.

Place is huge. Lots to look at. Especially tools. Big issue is that you might buy something, get home and it doesn’t work. Then you go back and tell them and they say “yeah that’s been returned twice”. So why have it on the floor for sale? It obviously doesn’t work. Makes no sense. Take a loss and remove it.

Used to go to this place when it first opened up awesome selection of tools and firearms you never know what your going to find.

I called before going they said that they had what I needed which was a smart TV when I got to the store they had nothing of the sort they lied and all there TV's didn't work they didn't even know how to turn them on and none of them had remotes was a complete waste of time and everything in the store looked last like it was stolen stay away for this store it's not worth your time!

That plays need to double check when they bring in laptops to make sure that are not broken they are operational that are not lock that are turned on trying to get a MacBook and I can’t get nothing either broken or it doesn’t wanna turn on stop taking laptops it does not wanna work are that are broken

I took in a discontinued fender telecaster and they looked up a generic strat trying to give me 30 for it and smirked at me even after i showed him the guitar is selling for 350 easy on ebay. They dont even clean their stock i saw tvs with some highly visible dried liquids on the screen and top of it and they're charging 299 for a 12 yr old monitor with 720p res 60hz refresh and they're throwing in a cheap and i mean cheap keyboar mouse combo thats available on amazon for 7 dollars. This place is open to cheat the people they buy from and lie to people to sell them sub par products at extremely inflated prices.
