This place is trash. The chubby manager with a wanna be beard is so rude and unhelpful, it's no wonder why his employees can't stand him, he degrades and yells at them in front of customers. Ridiculous because the Action Pawn on Ft Hood Street is SOOO much better. Top Loan across from Longbranch Park on Rancier, they are much better too. Save your time and money go somewhere else. The manager ruins the whole vibe and has set up a terrible atmosphere in there. Terrible.

I put the stars mid way only because the manager Oscar was downing his employees in front of customers and to me and the other person I was with and I'm my opinion was not manager status now there is an employee that was helping me and he help and talked to us and he scored on his job and that is Matt I believe is his name and even though is manager was in my opinion discouraging him and talking bad on him to me I hope he gets a talking too

They actually steal your money bad acctidude to treat custumer is a custumer service you will keep your customers happy so they can cameback and so more business and resolve any issue and that is what a peofesional will do but I see many companies bringing managers with no experience

Very nice staff and friendly. Always have a great experience the items I purchase are always in great condition. They have some great finds.
