This company is unethical as ever! I preordered all 3 of my Modern warfare games after 3 came out a month later I get a permanent ban. I would’ve thought it was for language out of all things I have a ban for unauthorized software they left it at that and closed the case didn’t mention what software BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ANY! My stats on the game should show in no way shape or form I have any softwares to give me an advantage my KD and win loss sucks get real. They put some automatic blocking system that’s been falsely banning people and they won’t look into it or help after honest players spent so much. That’s so wrong what they’re doing I contacted better business bureau and I’m hoping a lawsuit come into play very soon aint now at they stealing all this money from people. I’m tired of these game companies stealing people money and content they purchase with no accountability or consequences. OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS NOT TO BE PLAYED WITH AND JUST TAKEN FROM US FOR NO REASON I HOPE THEYRE NEVER ALLOWED TO MAKE ANOTHER GAME THEY DIDNT TARGET THE REAL HACKERS AND CHEATERS THEY’RE TARGETING THE WRONG PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO REVIEW THE REPORTS AND GAME PLAY SO THEY HAVE A SYSTEM TO DO IT? A faulty system might I add. Shut them down! I can’t wait I bought 3 thinking it’ll be better for them to ban me? I had every modern warfare and call of duty sad so much money gone and I’m having issues getting my money back because it was definitely stolen at this point. I have a charging station and storage device that I purchased new at GameStop and I’m hooked up Ethernet those can’t possibly be the unauthorized software they’re referring to I don’t think they have any softwares to even list because the band don’t show what’s causing the ban I even went through my system to see if I found anything that would cause me to get banned only thing that’s connected were a bunch of controllers my move joysticks and my storage device. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK I EVER SPENT ON EVERY GAME!

It would behoove you to fire the progressive types that fester like cancer on your payroll.
They contribute nothing and in the end, will cost you greatly.

I am permanent ban for supposedly manipulating Modern warfare 2 game data on pc and using software when I have never cheated or done this kind of thing, I have always played a call of duty and it's unconscionable what's happening and i'm weighing my words because i'm really angry i've invested a lot of time in the game and put money for skins etc i'm level 600 and something about the game there's no point in me starting to cheat it's a mistake I wish I could talk to someone who could talk with me about it and I'll provide all the evidence I don't have software or anything cheating, I repeat to myself it is inadmissible and if nothing is put in order to restore my account to me I will be forced to take legal action, once again I did not cheat. And please stop sending me automatic messages and give me a competent person

ZERO STAR REVIEWS Banns non-cheater to keep cheaters has anti-cheat programs yet 50% of gaming lobbies are cheating. If it were up to me I'd drop every single on of its employees in a combat zone let them all perish fix your games simpletons

Love getting shadow banned after owning the game for 3 days. I do not appreciate you taking my money. I’d much more appreciate a refund, thank you.
