Counter service was fantastic, we were greeted quickly and asked detailed questions about our order. We weren't told that the water was self service, no big deal. My kiddo wanted orange juice which didn't come out until asked however my mimosa was out quickly. I ordered the avocado & chorizo toast, personally I wish it had more chorizo since the avocado is overpowering. The black beans were actually really good and seasoned nicely. Kiddo had a blueberry muffin and bacon, both which were average. Husband had pancakes and they were also average, but hard to do a wow factor on pancakes. Price of everything was great and would recommend to others.

Delicious and interesting set of ingredients made for a surprisingly wonderful meals for both of us. Light, flavorful, and very different. Enjoyed dining on rhe patio.

Enjoyed it but some of staff is a bit off. I guess they don't exactly expect or want me to be there with my big hair and other off balance colors. But overall enjoyed it and not even really pricey for what you get.

Today I visited this establishment because one of my coworkers suggested it for lunch. I've been here once before, then I purchased a burger, which was very bland, the first time. Today was my second time visiting. I decided to try the chicken and waffles, which I'm not thrilled to brag on, very bland. It wasn't that the food wasn't that great to me, it was the service. When my order was done, the lady approach me and stated "here you go", and shoved the bag into my hands as if she was in a rush. I normally don't complain, if I don't like it, I just never show back up. I leave to go to my stop so that I can eat my food, there was no utensils to do so, or napkins, considering I had waffles and chicken. You would think one, would atleast put napkins in the bag. And on my receipt it shows a. 70 charge, and I asked the cashier prior to receiving my food, what was the charge for. She stated that I was for the utensils and the bag. So if I purchased my bag and utensils, why didn't I received my utensils? No napkins but syrup with food and I was charged. Never again!

Yall! I could have shouted in this restaurant! Every bite down to my water and mimosa was amazing! I had chicken and waffles, scrambled eggs and grits. Everything was great! Didn’t need to add any seasoning!

Very good! Came for lunch. Had the goat cheese stuffed turkey burger with mixed greens. Super good! This place has been here for ages, it feels like. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

Food was ok. Nothing was hot not even my oatmeal. My sister's chicken and waffles was like chicken jerky, maybe held a bit too long in the warmer yet still not hot. Avocado toast ok but the potatoes side again barely warm. They need thermometers in the kitchen this stuff should be at least 140, and it all seems maybe 105. Too bad

Good food, great atmosphere. Wish that di ner menu was available at the time I was there.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Food was cold and hard to eat. You pay at the front before getting your food so sending it back would be a hassle. You don’t have an actual server so if you needed anything you’d have to get up and go back to the front. Just overall not a great experience, but aside from the food not being prepared up to expectation, it was tolerable.

Healthy and indulgent breakfast offerings at a reasonable price. The wait between ordering at the counter and getting to the table is very quick, which is very important with small kids.

Breakfast place that was ok, albeit overpriced. Eggs and bacon were cooked to order. Potatoes more like over cooked mashed potatoes versus more of a breakfast potato.

Breakfast tacos are good, pancakes are big (just try one) place is clean and service is fast

The food has always been very fresh and delicious. Very busy place and a little bit windy in spots. Wear a jacket.

I love Adair Kitchen. I really wish, however, that they could put special requests on their DoorDash orders. I would love to be able to get an extra dressing! Otherwise, I love you Adair! <3

They have the juices for juice fasting! The rest of the menu is good, too. Lots of natural light and fresh flowers on the tables.

We had never been there before, but wanted to try somewhere local, as in, not a chain, and wanted coffee! This fit the bill on all points! Unlimited, steaming hot coffee. Deli-style food, fresh and delicious.

We went here for lunch & YUMMM! Had the Chicken Harvest Salad! I’m big on flavorful salads and this one was definitely one! It’s a very nice and comforting atmosphere. They have a range of types of food for the different times of the day! Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. I will definitely be back to try some breakfast:)
