When I moved to the area 2 years ago, Adam was recommended to me in my search for a rental. Not only did he go out of his way to help me do this, we had to have several conversations over the phone due to me being out of

After 2 years of living in a condo in the East Riverside-Oltorf area my landlord did not renew my lease due to wishing to sell the unit. Instead of being overly anxious trying to find a place I was connected with Adam. From the beginning he owned my situation as his own, he never delayed in responding or communicating to me, and he was transparent about expectations and his assessment of the situation. Thankfully today as I write this review I am awaiting a lease agreement to sign for a unit he was able to find me in 48hrs and fought for me to even get the rent down in the corporate owned unit! Adam is one of the best realtor I have ever worked with. I had an investment property that needed a lot of work after our long term tenants had left. I am not local to Austin.
