So I do have a medical condition, not even supposed to wear a mask but I had one on but my nose wasn't covered. I wasn't any where close to anyone. This girl working here comes from across the store to tell me that I need to have my cover on right or I need to leave the store.so they lost about a $200 sale because of a fake pandemic.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The employee that came up to me thought it was a GREAT IDEA to public fat shame me in front of a group of fellow people walking around. I went in for something for my shoot that day and was told I was too fat for the section I was looking in and should try other side of the store where there was nothing that fit me! Everything was either 4-5x. I left the store crying and have never been so humiliated in a store before! AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE PLUS!

I went in for the first time and I was extremely nervous for purchasing my first item. When I first walked in the owner greeted me and showed me all the newest toys and the most popular ones. After having an amazing conversation i was able to comfortably choose the items that fit my interest. So sad that they are closed during this time but I will definitely be ordering online and highly recommend this store.

Didnt even make it 2 ft into the front door before i was turned away. Was excited to surprise my husband, thought seeing& buying in person was better than online buying.

For a clean, non-predatory feeling, well lit, and well layed out establishment with helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, you cannot beat this place! In all of the times I've been here, I've never felt the urge to get vaccinated after being there. Much LOVE!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I was looking for something in particular and the girl can't remember her name was very helpful.

Came here with my husband the first time and was looking around. I really could not enjoy the experience bc of the rep constantly following us around like we were going to steal something. Totally ruined the experience for me.

We went to this store and my husband had his service dog. Once we came in one of their clerks came straight to us and told us that my husband had to hold his service dog in his arms. Which is illegal. Never coming again.

Had a great experience here. The lady (can't remember her name) gave great customer service and gave me a lot of information about the product I was interested in. Also, the prices here are much lower than the Megaplexx.

I walked in and started to look at their selection of lingerie, (which is beautiful) I asked if I could use their bathroom, to which the girl at the counter replies, "we don't sell food here". Um clearly they don't sell food so Im not sure what that meant exactly, but a simple "no" would have sufficed. Rude and unnecessary. I hope she isn't a manager. These types of employees can bring down a small business.

Jackie was extremely pleasant; and Knowledgeable about most products for men and women. Knows how to find answers for any confusion you have. Employees Won't sell you any bunk product.

Staff did not talk to us about products. I was sold a vibrator, staff did not show me how to turn it on and off. Got to my hotel to discover the actual vibrator was missing. I called the store back and the associate tried to insinuate i was not being honest, she alleged that their packaging was theft proof. Clearly their associates are ignorant of their products and security measures. I will post a picture showing how my package was sold. People should not be able to open packages and steal vibrators, and the associates should not let customers leave without a on/off demonstration of the product, that will ensure the product is not defect/missing pieces, it will ensure your customer is actually purchasing what they want and it allows for suggestive selling. I tried to return to the store but they were closed we visited another adult store, it was huge and much friendlier associates, they also had surveillance cameras and werw monitoring them.
