I was very unhappy with my visit with Dr H. He didn't let me finish answering questions before he would move on to another question. He doesn't understand my issues because he wasn't properly listening. He dismissed the fact that my entire gastro system inflames easily. Food is very limited for me. And I weigh now have a BMI of 14.9. He prescribed pantprazole for acid reflux. I don't have acid reflux. After ending up in ER due to abdominal inflammation the ER Doc was concerned. So was My Primary when he saw the results. Dr H seemed to dismiss all of it. And told me to come back in 3 months. Nothing was changed for my situation or looked further into. During the appt he was very pompous. I left upset and mad. Such a waste of my time.

We feel Dr Hafemeister saved my husbands life by diagnosing colon cancer before it became even more damaging. Because of genetics he encouraged our sons to begin routine colonoscopies at 40. The oldest son has become a patient of Dr H and had his first colonoscopy. I am under his care as well for long time issues I’ve had with allergies and ulcers.
He is personable and very caring. I recommend him.

Great service, he showed he cared about his patients, he explained the procedure and very proud of the outcome.

He is very professional and respectful. Very good at explaining what to expect. When I explained my symptoms during swallowing, he was pretty sure of the reason. At the procedure his staff were nice and knew what they were doing.
