Have used Adam the Answerman for years. Have always been very helpful and friendly. Will keep doing business with them for years to come.

Don’t purchase anything from this business. They don’t honor their word. My parents purchased a part form them and upon receiving it, it was defective. Prior to the purchase they said it was returnable. However upon receiving the part, the box was damaged as if they just found the part in the back of the warehouse and decided to ship it to. We hired an appliance repairman to install. After installing it it didn’t worked. Called them and told them it was defective. They told us it was no long returnable. Even though he said it was before we purchased it. We had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. After they reached out to them they said ok but kept $81 for a restocking fee. The part didn’t work but they charged us a restocking fee.

A bunch of crooks. Save yourself time and frustration and take your business to someone who is honorable!

…. And to this business, don’t restock a defective part and try to resell to another customer. Shame on you!

First time I tried to fix the dryer myself, Steve was really helpful, gave advice, showed me how to do it. We heard about this place from a friend and I am amazed by the kindness and helpfulness of this business.

Steve, with Adam the Answerman is Excellent! He can diagnose appliance problems on the phone & tell you how to fix it. I Always purchase any parts from him since he has helped me. I have been calling this company for decades since Steve's parents, Adam & Linda were running it. You will get accurate info and helpful advice. This company will save you time & $ - Lots of $. What a great service!

Adam the Answerman saved me so much time and money! My washer was acting wonky. Within a few minutes, I got a quick fix resolution without having to call someone out! I will definitely use this company again!

Dont go anywhere else if you need parts or advice for your broken appliances, hot water heater etc.

Better than YouTube. Call, they’ll tell you what’s wrong and get you the part and tell you how to put it on.

Best place to call for diy appliance repair. He will talk you thru it and 9/10 times he has the part you need in stock or can order it for you. All in one call.

I drive 45 minutes to trade at this location. The owner is always got toe parts I need and priced low. He will show you how to install it. I pass other locations that has the part but refer to go a little further to deal with this man.
