Adams Automotive The Woodlands

They are becoming next Driver’s Auto repair that used to rip off and push for things that you don’t need. I used to like this place but not anymore. Specially they have one guy on the front desk (don’t know his name, guy with beard) that I don’t like his attitude.
He doesn’t seem to have any empathy or helping attitude. I will never go there again.

We found Adams a little over a year ago though we've lived in The Woodlands for 7 years. That's where we take our vehicles now instead of Planet Lincoln/Ford. We are very satisfied with the service, the customer care, and the overwhelming support - love it. Thanks.

Called to get a quote on a tire patch. Guy automatically heard my voice and said 40 bucks per tire. He hadnt even seen the tire. I called every other place in the woodlads and it was from 15-30 bucks quoted. Called Discount Tires and went up there and they patched both for free and I left them a 40 dollar tip just because. I know we are in the woodlands but Black and Brown people will be moving to this area so get used to it.

We have been using the service of Adams Automotive The Woodlands for more than 5 years and have been very happy with their service every time. The communication with the office is efficient, knowledgable and very service oriented. They really put customer service first! We feel our cars are in safe hands with them.

Mario is a great service rep. He has great communication with me.

They have a portal that they upload pictures of your truck and give updates on the maintenance.

They also dropped my car off at my house once my truck was complete which was really nice because I have a small child

I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for 14 years. Usually, it is for maintenance but, this last time was for a major repair. They are fair and honest. It would’ve taken a dealership 4-6 weeks for the repairs but, I had my vehicle back in a day and a half. Adams exceeded my expectations with a full detail of my SUV. The courtesy shuttle was greatly appreciated too.

I am the owner of a 2007 Honda Ridgeline. When the manufacturer’s original warranty was valid, I only had my truck serviced at the dealership. After that time period, I tried a few automotive shops when my truck needed service. I had not been impressed until now. My truck was in need of some much needed TLC - mainly because I really like this model - and can’t even decide what I would own next … because I do not like what Honda did with the newer Ridgelines. When I came into Adam’s Automotive, I was greeted by my service manager, Rios. I explained what I was looking to have done with my truck. I knew it needed a Schedule B maintenance, Inspection, power steering diagnostics - not sure what else. I asked Rios if he loved his Mother - he said “yes”. So I then asked him to please go over this truck as if he was making sure it was safe for his own Mother to take on the road. He offered me the use of a loaner while they performed the diagnostics and approved work. During the service work, Rios was great in keeping me updated with the progress of the work. When the truck was ready, the technician brought it around, and I felt like I was looking at a brand new 16-year old truck - engine compartment, interior and exterior. And I was further impressed when I got behind the wheel - it rode like a new vehicle. The Woodland’s location of Adam’s Automotive has a new, loyal customer. This place is awesome. I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a used car, they squeezed me in right away on a Saturday and saved me from buying a lemon from Northside Lexus which is right down the road. They even cut me a deal on the price of the inspection. I’m extremely grateful for these guys and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing group! They stay in touch for regular scheduled maintenance, ensure they check everything, give you a full diagnosis with photos of trouble areas, and look for ways to help financially. They even checked to see if work was covered by extended warranty even though I completely forgot I had one. This is a quality shop and can service our diesel truck. Truck came back cleaned inside and out!

Great customer service, communication and fair pricing. In and out without incident and the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel appreciated. Their concierge service to drive you to and from their shop is just icing on the cake.

They are fantastic! The facility is clean and comfy. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. They took videos of what was wrong. It’s my new go to place for everything. On top of that they have a car loaner and shuttle service. Highly recommend.

Everyone is always super helpful and knows what they're doing. Unlike most auto shops, there's no up selling and you're never left wondering what is going on or questioning any part of the process. Just straight forward auto repairs with good customer service and quick turn around times.

I went to Adams on a weekday to find out when I can bring my fifth wheel camper in for inspection. The person at the desk said weekdays at 7am or Saturday at 8am. I said 8 am Saturday would be good. On 4/22/23 at 8am I arrived at adams with my trailer the person at the the desk asked what I needed I told him an inspection on my trailer and that I was told to be here at 8 am. He went outside looked at my trailer came back in and said I have people in front of me and it would be 2 hours. I told him what the person told me during the week he said I needed to beat the other people there. He was very rude and nasty. I will never return to Adams and I will never recommend anyone in the woodlands or anywhere else to go to Adams. I went to valvoline they were very helpful and with no appointment did my inspection with no wait.

The people at Adams Automotive were great! From the service guys at the desk to the shuttle driver, everyone was great to work with. They kept me updated on the status of my car and got everything done in a timely manner. I will definitely keep taking my car there from now on!

Always a great experience when going to Adams Automotive. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave, they are very friendly and make sure you and your car are taken care of. They are my first choice for auto repair!

Fabulous service! I went for normal maintenance, they inspected everything, informed me that my front brakes were worn abnormally earlier. Instead of asking me if I wanted them changed, they urged me to bring the car back to the dealer as this might be covered under warranty. I did just that, and the dealer replaced them under warranty. I so appreciate the honesty and great service at Adams Automotive

Hands down recommend! Amazing service, kept me updated with all new finds. Even the concierge drives are amazing! John the GM is very involved and hands on. I will bring my vehicle back here for any future issues!
