They come every two months and do a great job! I have never had an issue with them and if I ever need them to come by sooner, they always seem to get me on the schedule asap! I appreciate this company!

This afternoon, I contacted Adam's Pest Control Service to report issues with multiple pests such as gnats, spiders, mosquitoes, etc.both inside and outside my patio. I mentioned that this may have been due to the rain and requested a follow-up service, which is part of my existing service agreement. The customer service representative who attended my call was condescending and refused to provide the follow-up service, citing that they do not guarantee anything. I found her tone and response to be unprofessional and asked her to cancel my account. To my surprise, she informed me that I would be charged $275 for the cancellation and asked if I wanted to be billed to my credit card. I believe that their customer service was rude and that the terms of the contract were not fulfilled. In the event that I am billed, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge. I would not recommend Adam's Pest Control Service, as their customer service is repulsive and unprofessional.

We have been clients of Adams Exterminating since 1996, in two homes now in Flower Mound. They are absolutely the very best in the business. We strayed once and tried a different company, only to cancel them part way through their contract and return back to Adams, never to stray again.

They are professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, caring, and friendly all the way from their amazing service technicians like Daniel, to their office personnel. They work hard to keep our pest problems at bay.

One time I had a problem with termites oh, they were building a condo in my husband's shower. The owner, Jason, in the customer service manager, Charlie, came out because my regular man was busy on other calls. I could not believe it, that was incredible! I fix the problem and I was really impressed with them both coming out here instead of putting me off for a week or two. I guess that is Adams for you!

Lupe, my pest control guy. He is so Courteous, Kind and Professional. He makes a point to say "Hello, " if he sees me and always has a SMILE on his face!

When I call in, usually I talk to Shelley. She is Professional, has a Smile in her voice and if she doesn't know what my problem is, she tells me she will check into it and call me back and let me know and she does!
She's a Delight to talk to! !
