Addison Cafe-French bistro reviews
8My wife loved the chocolate mousse and I had the cheese salad and the penne pasta is to die for. The service was top-notch. Very attentive.
Excellent food and excellent service! We will return. The entrees are delicious, but make sure you also save room for the tasty desserts.
WAKE UP AND VISIT ADDISON CAFE… I am from Europe and was looking for a Michelin star ️ restaurant in Dallas. But it doesn’t exist. However I found this little gem founded in 1981, which was a total delight. Snails (Escargot), onion soup, halibut and chocolate mousse. And even the rose on the table was real. Please visit - promise it is worth it.
I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors - I ordered the smoked salmon appetizer and the chicken in mushroom sauce with vegetables and rice. Everything was delicious! My cousin agreed that her meal was incredible. We will both eat here again.
Excellent experience. Good spot for a quiet lunch where you can have a discussion. Excellent food. Somewhat higher prices than some other places but justified by the standards.
This is the best original hidden gem of Addison. The staff is the sweetest. They are truly one of a kind - class act service! Which is extremely hard to find excellent service. Their food is delicious, the ambience is quiet, relaxing and overall charming, and they have the best cappuccino pie dessert too! Say hello to Joseph their other incredible staff!
It's quiet. Old world. Slightly dated decor, and the average age of the clientele probably hovers around 70. You don't come here to see and be seen or to try the latest food craze. You come here for impeccable service, and timeless classics made very very well.
Give it a try. You'll come back.
Piping hot and perfectly prepared. Angel hair pasta with shrimp. Salmon and flounder (special of the day). The service was excellent. Been here a few time - this was the best meal yet!
