This service is very reliable and responds every time. Very friendly, safe drivers- excellent customer service! I use them regularly to get my son from the airport to campus.

Fantastic service. This team really went above and beyond for us on a recent trip to Dallas. They provided great service to and from the airport, loaned us their infant and booster seats (which we needed for car trips while in Dallas) at the last minute when the baby gear rental service we had booked fell through, and extended and rebooked our return trip multiple times when our travel plans kept changing. All with a super helpful, friendly attitude. We were so impressed and grateful for their help.

The way that the company quotes is not clear. I sent them an itinerary for my trip and they did not quote per the itinerary but just gave me the minimum that the trip would cover. After I sent them the hours that we would need to be vehicle they did not adjust the quote, and I found this to be misleading. When I called after they said they had just sent a quote for the minimum and it was not per my itinerary. As a consumer I want to know all cost up front per my itinerary and not to be charged after.

My husband contracted this limo service for my daughter's 30th Birthday celebration. They requested an itinerary, for whatever reason, but we know it wasn't given to the driver. From the start we were skeptical when the limo showed up and the driver was cleaning it in front of our house. The cooler had no ice, just a few small water bottles thrown in the cooler, so WE filled it up w/our ice before departure. The driver, Jay, seemed nice at first; however, he did not know how to maneuver the H2 Hummer, around comfortably on the streets. 20 minutes into our drive he exits, saying the vehicle is overheating. Once parked in a random parking lot at 11: 20, he asks me what time our reservations are at the restaurant, and I clarified 11: 30AM. I ask him what is going to happen, and he says he has a Sprinter coming to pick our party up. AFTER 45 minutes of waiting, the 'car problems' miraculously fixed itself, and we were on our way again. Due to the tardiness, we were unable to attend on time and incurred issues w/seating arrangements. During this time my husband called customer service, and he was addressed with an extremely rude person, who basically asked my husband if he should leave the party on the side of the road, since my husband was upset about the car problems. SERIOUSLY?

Upon arriving NEAR our destination, the driver said he would have to drop us off 3 miles away from our restaurant, and that we would have to walk due to road closures. I basically told him he NEEDED to get us closer, we were all in heels, and even then he could/would not try to take the necessary steps to get around the closures. He ultimately dropped us off 3 blocks away from our 1st stop; therefore, we had to walk.

Arriving at the restaurant, clearly showed he could have driven around, since the road in front of the restaurant was open, and people were parking. Once we were ready to leave, I called him and gave him the streets he could come down to meet us in front of the restaurant, and he refused.

Making anyone walk miles or blocks after securing a limo service for an event is absurd.

Both pickup and return vehicles were Not as displayed by photos, only SUV. Both were in need of routine maintenance, the rides were (more) noisy, rattling and much uneven, smooth rides. Lights on dash indicated as such. Cleane? Yes. Customer service? Yes. Professional driving and drivers? Yes, very pleasant. Use them again? Yes.

I always use Addison Limo whenever I am in Dallas. It’s a great company with super polite staffs. The vehicle is always clean and they are always on time. Highly recommend.

We rode in the Hummer H2 for 2 days and the limo was clean and stocked with ice, water, glasses on both days. Our driver Sonny was amazing - he was on time and very personable and attentive. Thank you Sonny for everything you did for me and my family.

We used Addison Limo for transportation to my Dad's funeral recently. Every step of the way they made it easy and smooth from making the reservation with Jennifer - she was kind and informative. Then Friday Regan (our driver) arrived early which helped calm my Mother. Regan drove us to the family lunch and the to my Dad's service. Every minute we knew we were in good hands and didn't have to worry about driving and just be together on this most difficult day. There was an issue after the graveside service getting us home and Addison Limo, Regan and Sonny seamlessly managed it to get us home. I highly recommend Addison Limo! They are amazing and exceed expectations in every way! Thankful and grateful. Try them you will be glad you did!

First time using Addison Limo. Driver (Sunny) was such a pleasure. He was early, so polite and accommodating. Jennifer in the office was great as well. I have already canceled my airport shuttle in two weeks and will be rebooking here!

Addison Limos Rocks. It was Concert Night in Fort Worth. Due to a situation with them, our ride was upgraded at no charge. I mentioned try to come as early as possible. Our Driver showed up an hour early and no extra charge. We made it to the show with ample time to spare. We were let off very close to the venue and were picked up at the same location. Mr. Glass was an awesome driver making sure our needs were met. It was a totally relaxed ride to and from. I have used other Limo Services in the past, but none came close to the service we received from Addison Limos and they gained a new loyal customer. G.

We had the same driver as we had 18 months ago. He remember us and was great. Friendly but not overly so. SUV was clean, on time and we arrived at DFW as we requested.

Sunny dropped us off at DFW for a wonderful vacation in Mexico & Oliver was there to pick us up when we returned. We've used Sunny several times & have always been pleased. They have always arrived at our home on time & been there to pick us up at the airport even if our flight times have changed. Nice cars and nice folks you can trust!

We have been using this car service for 4 years. They are always on time, their cars are immaculate and they have many options for whatever type car you need. They are very safe drivers as well.
