Kim brown is a great help but when I need to actually be placed somewhere I can’t get a response from office.

This company is unprofessional. I got hired on for a position in February, took the drug test did all the assessments and everything they asked. I was told the position started in April. Right before the position is to begin I received an email stating the start date was changed but they didn’t have a date. I didn’t receive another email until late May stating the start date wasn’t until end of July. I got another job because I couldn’t wait any longer for this position but still reached back out In July to see about a start date and never received a response. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Would never apply with this company again.

I see why you're rated so low. Extremely unprofessional and inadequate. I was offered a position, given a tentative start date, and NO ONE ever got back to me! Skimming through these reviews, I also see most blacks/minorities have unfavorable experiences. Coincidence? I think not! My background is HR, and I know quite well the discrimination practices in the workplace. You should close your office because you do absolutely NOTHING to help job seekers.

I applied for the call center representative position on indeed on last Sunday 2/26 right after I applied for the position there was a 1800 number that texted asking you to respond yes or no to questions regarding the position I answered all questions after you answer all questions it will send a link for you to schedule a phone interview I scheduled an interview for yesterday 3/2 for 1: 00p.m. Never received a phone call at all called the Dallas branch location no one answers the phone only thing I kept receiving from them was a reminder for my interview that I never did this is ridiculous and unprofessional for someone or anybody that really needs a job from the reviews seems like I’m the only one had this issue.

This location is amazing, clean facility and excellent customer service. Pricilla and the rest of the staff have found an excellent career opportunity for me quickly and efficiently. Thanks so much! You guys are amazing!
