Nice knowing a company like this has someone working for it that posts such undignified things online

Beware of adessa assurance its a complete scam they do not let you return every vehicle even though they charge you for each one and you dont get the full payment back you can only get back the book value.

I really don't like walking the hole lot trying to find a car it would be nice if you had a app like other places to locate the cars then I would right something nice about you auction

For car haulers, easy to drop off, don't listen to your GPS. Exit 273 from I45 (Wintergreen Rd) take it West to Lancaster Hutchins Rd, Make a right, Truck entrance is the last driveway

I am very pleased with the customer service at Adesa Dallas, I checked my truck in for the auction (which was happening the next day) and a lady calls 3 hours later and wants to know my low, I was shocked.extremely happy with the customer service, usually I have to call auctions with my lows. After parking my truck out on the lot I had about a 1/2 mile walk to get back to my ride and a employee asked if I needed a ride, Wow how nice that was. Manheim needs to send there employees to Adessa for training. Keep up the good work Adessa! Thanks, Michael @ Cartech Motor Company

Been a client for over 6 years and purchased over 1000+ cars with Adesa. They put a car under my name that I never purchased or looked at and when I called to see what was going on they were no help at all. I am still waiting on a call back from the manager and it’s been day 3. Now they even added late fees to my account so BE AWARE, WORSE ARBITRATION. Don’t trust this company.

I charge $70 for a detail. The only thing I noticed that was changed in the car was my license plates for removed and thrown away. The office staff is great but the so-called detail is junk.

Very bad customer service. Unprofessional, Very rude. Never told me I needed an appointment to get my car. I traveled very far. I have no where else to go I'm stranded in Dallas and these ppl don't care that I have no ride.or any where else to go with out my vehicle smh.but they had no problem taking 2200$$ really quickly. This facility needs to be evaluated by the GM or train the employees to have people skills. A company so big they cant even assist one person.

Took some cars here, about 7, for Auction sales. Guess what? All sold! This place is amazing and hot for sales. If you are into car buying and selling, a really great place to check out. Or just come witness the auction. So much energy!

Locating cars sucks maps are useless wait 30 minutes for customer service or walk a mile your choice

My first visit I looked for the cars for five hours. Neither car was where it should be and the staff was rude. I thought maybe it was juat a bad day for them. Then I went the following week again and the same thing happened. Spent four hours looking for the two cars and finally found one but left because no one could find it so I'm guessing the stupid is too strong at this place for me. I dislike unorganized auctions and the staff does not care no stars no stars adios!

Very dangerous for transporters at night.very very poor lighting. I guess when management receives a lawsuit they might more attentive to this situation. 1/2 of the sold cars are scattered in places that dont make sense.wasting my time is apparently no concern to this auctions management.buy your cars somewhere else if you want to receive them in a timely fashion.

Bad place to pick up vehicles, you have to walk long distances to get' em, you never get help from customer service, be prepared to spend the whole morning or afternoon wondering around.

Getting gate passes here is awful. Takes forever. Along with customer service vans. Easier and faster to just walk the whole lot and get your cars.

Nice place to Car Shop. Buy and/or Rent as well. It is an Auction Facility and one of the more classier Auction Facilities I've frequented. Massive selection of inventory ranging from classic to modern style. I also had a very nice experience with a young lady named Jennifer. Very satisfied with the atmosphere and services rendered.
