Worst experience I’ve ever had while shopping, spent over $200 on shoes and they were supposed to be for pickup and instead got set up as delivery TO THE STORE and they didn’t even have both pairs and then when I try to get a refund they act as if I put the stores address for delivery, when I could’ve just put my own address why would I get them delivered to the store, talked to customer support 3 times once before it even shipped to discuss the issue and was told it was normal, just to find out it wasn’t and now they can’t find my shoes and in the system my order is completed, and now instead of having common sense and refunding me for product I never received they tell me I have to file a claim with FedEx and they have to open an investigation, absolute joke

This is my go to in the DFW Metro area. Variety of high end aside from Adidas which is always my go to for my athletic gear. Yes, there are other brands out there like Gym Shark, Nike, etc…. But Adidas is in my blood. Can’t live a day without Adidas. Adidas in my heart

Came here today with my mom. The customer service is lacking. No one asked if we needed help. Not even a “y’all good? ” But there were plenty of kids (employees) chatting amongst themselves & running around. There was one really nice guy; African American, glasses, avg height/maybe a little taller, slender, and wore a tan sweater over his shoulders. He said hi and asked how we were. Everyone else nothing. Then we were being followed by this short Latina. She was thicker, brown hair in a messy bun, brown eyes, and round face. She wore all black tshirt and pants and it had a colorful print on it. Everywhere we turned she was there “coincidentally”. She’d be flipping tags, patting folded shirts, and clicking her pen; basically doing NOTHING. One time I caught her and looked her dead in her eyes and she just stood there; then went back to patting clothes. She could’ve at least asked us if we needed help since she was going to monitor us. The sales aren’t worth being profiled.

The energy of this place is tense and is putting people on edge, so if one comes, make sure you protect your energy!

Decent selection but the customer service could be better. We had to ask two different people to help us. They were a bit distracted but friendly once they attended us.

Very bad customer service with no desire to help.
Employees are there to help the customer and customers should be the top priority of the business.
Improve employee training. They are in need.

Was in town from out of state, requested that they take a shirt of a mannequin first associate said the shirt had a hole and that's why it was on display. I looked around shirt had no hole to be found, spoke with manager who said it was against policy to take the shirt off during business hours. Never heard of such thing.

Employee was very rude not helpful at all I asked them to help me he was like wait and then he go to laugh with another employee. I will never ever come back to that store again……

I recently had a negative encounter with the customer service at Adidas Allen mall The representative I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, making me feel undervalued as a customer. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist left me extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Worst experience ever. The store manager Kevin was very rude. Did not have patience towards the customers.

Overall a good experience. Some of the staff on the floor couldn’t really be bothered helping but the folks at the registers were awesome!

The quality of these shoes are good. They last longer than Reebok but not as long as Nike. They have very limited variety of colors and styles. But hello! Great prices!

I say Hi to the cashier she didn’t even replied, took me 30 mins just to check out and it wasn’t even busy, hope customer service improves cuz I love adidas

Its nice to be there and they do have wonderful discounts and offers on products.
I got a addidas bounce it was cool

Good place to get deals all they time.
Just wish there was more inventory.
Also the staff I've met all seem really cool and helpful, It goes a long way.

Fitting rooms are closed becase: " they are full of boxes ". Huh?
