Diego is probably the best employee in this entire outlet mall. He was absurdly helpful and gave advice every time he came by. I really hope the managers read this because he deserves a raise!

My only complaint about the whole experience is that I wish they had more woman’s shoe styles. There are so many more out there and I wish I could’ve tried them on without ordering blind.

Disappointed in the process they expected for me to use my military discount. Scan a code, log in with my Gmail, enter my name, dob, social security number, and picture of my ID card all while others were waiting in line. Their excuse? "To prevent fraud" lol! Apparently, the fancy hitech-government id card doesn't "prevent fraud, " but a picture of it does lol. What a joke and super messed up way to avoid giving military 15%

Love the discounts at the outlets. Always a good selection. Store has friendly staff and pretty organized.

The store was clean and kept well. Staff was friendly. The shelves were a bit bare, especially in the kids department. We had a hard time finding something in my son's size. We ended up having to look elsewhere.

Don't get me wrong I love buying from here but the discrimination this place had was unacceptable my father simply ask about a shirt and the employe replied with a rude attitude and when my dad said it was pricey he told my dad that if he couldn't afford it why shop in this store looking him up and down my dad is Hispanic and didn't under stand what was happening and I had to stand there feeling sorry and waching the way my dad was being treated don't shop here its a place of discrimination. The employee looks overwait blad with little hair small eyes with black hair and chopping eyebrows.

It's a decent store but good luck finding you're size! Thanks to Austin being so overpopulated, you might only find rare sizes for men like size 8 and smaller or size 12 and over.

Waste of time and a trip. Selection is minimal at best. Sold out of literally all size 11-12 shoes. The Originals section had a couple t shirts and some hoodies. That was it. Save your money and energy and buy from the Adidas App.

Great and friendly staff. One star member went out of their way to find a piece of clothing in the correct size. Checkout clerk was very friendly. Prices were amazing.

Workers were extremely rude and acted like any question was a total hindrance to their ability to work. I asked two different people a question and both acted as if I was severely bothering them, it wasn't even busy, there was maybe 4 or 5 other people in the store with me just wandering around. I bought my stuff and left, I'm not coming back here. I didn't ask for any lip from minimum wage.

Great sales at this adidas. It is the typical adidas outlet that you can find everywhere. Their organization is pretty good here. Lots of stuff, lots of sales, lots of shoes. I would come back again because of how fun it was to shop here. Their store has great staff who were helpful as well. Hopefully, ppl can get wha they want

We were shopping for a specific item my wife had seen online, but it was not something they had available in their outlet store. However one of their staff let us know about an unadvertised sale on a different item that caught the eye of my wife. So we got a "Black Friday" sale price several days early. Great deal! Can definitely say their staff was friendly and helpful!

I had this very bag I always dreamed of and it was way cheaper than the one I viewed online. It was very classy and chic with high quality.

Covid protocols are in place. Well stocked, plenty of discounted items and very helpful staff. Adidas also offers a 10% Veterans Discount! Not crowded at all for a Tuesday.
