Adon Complete Air Conditioning and Heating, Anna TX

Don't walk run away! Total incompetence! Bought a Mitsubishi Mini Split System. Spent $8000.00 for a system that doesn't work! Very uncomfortable will not get the humidity out of the air. I have to run a dehumidifier all the time to make it semi comfortable. They cannot service what they sell or install it correctly. Out today to fix my connection to Kumo Cloud their response sorry can't fix it that will be $80.00. By far the worst experience in the whole Barndominium building process. Would not recommend or ever use again. You have been warned!

Shelby was professional from the get go! He called to let us know he was on the way and gave us insights into our system that will help when we are ready to completely replace the system! We really appreciate his friendliness and knowledge throughout his time at our house!

Shelby was extremely professional and explained everything that he did and even though I had to have the unit washed out with special chemicals, explained the rationale as to why it was necessary. I think he is a great addition to your team.

Adon is a local independent HVAC company that is detailed. They don't do anything without discussing with you first. I've been their customer for 3 plus years. As a first time home owner in a used house they are the right HVAC company. Their technician Jordan is great! Very personable and only does what makes sense and can explain everything!

Had a routine maintenance checkup and Ethan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Answered all of our questions and concerns. Suggested a minor fix/upgrade which we will probably be scheduling in the near future. Would recommend to everyone.

Was able to speak with a real person quickly when making appointment. Quick, fast, and easy scheduling. Tech arrived on time and informed me when 15- 20 min out. Tech was extremely professional, informative, and respectful.

Jesse & his team are wonderful, they really treat you like family! Jesse took the time to come out, get to know us and make a custom plan for our AC System. He moved the system it to a better place in our attic for perfect ventilation and replaced our ducts & copper lines. He even put up a new attic ladder that we bought since they had to take the old one down to do the airhandler installation. I'm so very impressed with the quality of service, products & dedication to customer satisfaction! He gave us a 10 year labor/service warranty along with the 10 year manufacturer warranty on our new Trane 19 seer Airhandler and outdoor unit, to top it off he gave us his guarantee! I shopped around and did my research and no one offers 10 year labor warranty except for Adon! They also take care of all the product registrations! The day of the install everyone arrived on time and let us know exactly what was going to take place & they worked tirelessly to get the job done and did it to perfection! They even brought their own dirt bags to level the outdoor pad for the AC unit and it's beautiful! I never knew what perfect temperature feels like, nice, cool and the perfect humidity! I can't thank the team at Adon enough!

This company was very proactive to set up and make sure my systems were maintained prior to summer usage. Shelby and Kelsey were very professional technicians and thorough in the servicing of my ac systems.
