They provided the auto insurance and rental insurance with best price. Their response was also quick and polite.

I talked one of your agent "Liduvina" for review my auto insurance why it's increase and she gave me the answer and the reason she gave me is totally ok. But English is my 2nd language and asked her to repeat again, after she answer me 2nd time still I confused and asked repeat again, she said how many times should I repeat. I did not like her tone at all from beginning, and I told her I am her customer this is how you talk with your customer, she said "Yes Sir". The way she talked is very rude and she is ok with that.

We’ve been dealing with Adrian Howard’s insurance office for over 20 years and the service we receive from him and his staff is top notch! While price is definitely a factor, the customer care is just as important. I have found that you get what you pay for…we have multiple policies with this office and periodically I show the coverage and have ventured out on some of my coverage, but I always end up coming back because State Farm offers the best pricing and coverage and a great experience with claims. Liduvina Karin is my “go to girl” in the office for anything that I need. She handles all our issues and questions promptly without hesitation.
