I was a ADT customer and paid every bill.once I requested my account to be cancelled because I no longer needed service. They directed me to account management and I was told my account would be cancelled. This happened back in June of this year.unfortunately that was I huge act. … YET TO FIND OUT my account was still active and they keep charging me every month since then. They also told me there wasn't any record of canceling service.and I told them yes there has to be because iv spoke with ADT and they have mentioned the notes of cancellation iv spoke with ADT Customer care and they have told me that the cancellation request was requested and they would guarantee that cancelation. But once I spoke with the Management team said no their isn't any note. They straight LIED but because of this I'm taking this to court right away.this is not right and very unfair. I cant believe I was a customer for 3 years and this is what happens. THE issue was on there behalf. I was transferred to account management and I was transferred about 14 times and put on hold for 20 min once I got through I was told they couldn't here me. This company is a RIP OFF.and I finally got through today and was told that my account has been canceled just like I was told in June. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM RECORD YOUR CALL FOR your own record. I know I did TODAY! Now everyone will hear how they mishandle customers.

Please stay away from ADT, they are terrible with customer service and try to charge for the service before the free trial ends

ADT is great at sales but terrible at service.

ADT is a "5" when it comes to selling you equipment and convincing you to sign a service contract, but ADT is a "1" when it comes to providing customer service after you sign up and pay your money.

My wife and I were highly impressed by the ADT representative who convinced us to sign up. We were also impressed by the installers. However, in less than 2 months, ADT has hung up the phone on us, stood us up twice for service calls, and failed to adequately service defective equipment. We have requested to speak to a manager about these issues several times by phone and in writing. Each ADT promised a manager would call within 24 hours, but we never heard back.

ADT should allow customers to review their services on their website and their products, particularly the Google doorbell.

THE GOOGLE DOORBELL UNDERPERFORMS LESS EXPENSIVE DOORBELLS.

Today is the third time our Google doorbell required service. Additionally, ADT promised that the Google hub would improve our security service, but we have yet to use it. In hindsight, ADT sold us a piece of equipment that we did not need.

We warned at least four ADT employees that we would leave this review as a last resort to not receiving a call from a manager. Given our experiences with ADT, we cannot recommend ADT to others; moreover, we feel obligated to warn others about our difficulties.

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with ADT for 2 weeks now and nobody has helped me even the slightest. I work for American Bank and we have ADT security as our bank security system and have had them for years now. We will be terminating our commercial contract with them for their poor customer service.

It started out as Protection 1 then went to ADT seems like it was AGT or something before that. The billing is where they will get you because they billed me after I closed out my account for $130. My advice is to just use your own security.

I found them to be very professional. There are a variety of choices for services so I was able to decide what I needed. I like that you can rely on the company being there a year from now.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE! From day 1 I have been lied to and cheated. I have complained and still they are saying I am hostage to their contract. I have done all things requested to no avail. The guy who installed the equipment didnt check to see that my internet cant stand up to their system.now They won't refund my money and say I am under their contract for the next 3 years. This even though the system should not have been installed in the first place. If the installer would have done his job instead of looking to sale the system.

This is the most ghetto unprofessional place I ever worked in my life and the mangers some of them are very rude and talk to you like a child. You have to ask to usecl the restroom.yes heard me correctly with is ridiculous and HR there dies nit care if go to them with a cobcern they go back and tell everthing you told them in confidentiality. If I could rate them a zero I would glad am no longer there.
