14Very unprofessional in this store. The old lady at the store which I guess was the manager was very rude and even gave me a dirty look simply for swapping my dirty starter because I still had warranty on it. I did had to swapped it out at the store parking lot because simply my truck didn’t work at all. I know maybe I shouldn’t had done the work there but I didn’t had any other choice. She came out with an attitude outside and told me I couldn’t be there and should leave. I went back inside to grab a second item I needed and the short guy with glasses was super rude to me as well and said I had to leave as well already but in a very unprofessional and rude way. I think there should be trained more on how to treat customers in a more polite way. This was my favorite store because it was so close to my house but seeing them not changing and giving them a lot of chances I would definitely would not come back to this store and I surely don’t recommend this store at all. Very very rude and unprofessional!
Worst store
The manager hellen or whatever her name is sold me a spark plug came back to get a refund because i didn’t use it at all I didn’t even took it out of the box and told me that it was use already is not the first time those employees treat me like that they throw me the part and the receipt and told me to go somewhere else but I refuse to go and make them refund my money why would i put a spark plug on the truck and take it back to the store.
That old lady manager treats her staff and customers like trash. Very unprofessional. I go here because it's close I leave if she's working.
While they didn’t have the part we need, they were able to help us locate it at a different store and were very polite.

Bad customer service attitude if you don't like your job go look for something else not only from one but two employees. They need to work listening customers no be rude and interrupt I been to other locations never treated like this not sure if it's because I'm a women but they try the other male customers friendly.
What kind of store will not except returns with receipt for a full price product purchased four days prior? The packaging and product are in excellent working condition
If you want to not drive to far just look up Auto part's near and you'll find it there
Quick in & out it was going to be cold feb. 14,15,16 ext but i needed oil, windshield spray and more got it with quick service back home
Worst advance auto, slow service, rude workers and always seem to be understaffed. Only reason I even bother with this location is because it’s only 5 minutes away. Im going to start going to a different location!
No mask no service!
Ok, hey I am not a anti-mask freak, I forgot my mask home, after collecting all the stuff that a 11 month old baby needs I completely forgot to get my mask, I am sure I am not the first one.
But when walked in this guys reminded me that there is a global pandemia and that it was mandatory in Harris County. Hey I know! But I respectfully asked if I could get a mask onside the store and I was treated like some freak.
I cant believe you rather lose a sale and a customer than to allow the sale of mask inside your store I am sure I am not the only one that has forgotten the mask at home. Well deserved 1 star
Went in to check my alternator and starter. (They have a big sign that says FREE Alternator and Starter Diagnosing right outside their window). Anyways I go inside and ask for the service and get told “We don’t do that here” (Even though there’s a sign outside that says so) so I asked which store can do it then? And was given the answer that “I don’t know” and just looked at me. Was told to “Have a nice day” as I walked out. I’ve been a long time customer of this AAP and this is the first time I didn’t feel helped or guided. Was really disappointed, if you don’t have a service don’t false advertise it.
I needed to buy plugs and wires. I went to the store in this store they didn't have the wires. I paid for both items in this store. But l had to go to another Advance Auto store. To pick the wires up. I wish they would keep the store well stocked with the items. I know people are always buying the parts. The stores needs to keep better inventory.
