12Found a part I needed for my son's car online. Called to make sure it was in stock. The person who I spoke to said it was in stock and offered to hold it for me. I went by later, bought it and was happy with the service.
Service was good but I was given wrong parts and belt. I had to go back twice. The staff was very helpful but need more knowledge on older models.
The customer service is always great! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you don’t know something they ask you to show them. The store is always clean and organized. My favorite place to shop for car parts!
Bad experience, they actually answered when I called except the guy just repeatedly Asked IN AGGRESSION “what’s the model! ”
I told him 3 fkn times what it was and when he realized I told him already, he put me on hold.
Anyways I had already ordered the part from Amazon and just wanted to see if it was cheaper locally, he finally answered and said they didn’t carry it. So I let him know either way it’s okay because with his attitude, I’ll always choose Amazon over this rut.

Awesome. I always order online. They always have online coupons to reduce the costs. I go in and pick up shortly there after!
They do not answer the phone. It's best to drive there yourself for any curbside or online orders. An employee kept my partner on hold for over 30 minutes;he never took the confirmation number or name.
Was not greeted as I walk walk in. Until they got off the phone. Not good customer acknowledgement.
Got help as soon as I walked in! Got the recommendations I needed and bought 2 Deep Cycle Marine Batteries in less than 5 minutes! Great speedy service.
Had to take a part back. Counter associate apologized and gave me a very handsome discount on my next purchase.
They do not know a thing about cars. I have to return more parts to them and go else where to get the right part the first time. Iv learned my lesson
Alot of incompetent workers, supposedly my delivery was on the same day, but it never arrived! I asked for my refund and as i said that i wanted a confirmation number, one of the associates hang up on me. Never again will i shop here.
