By the way, she also helped me coordinate this days in advance as I traveled from out of town for Thanksgiving. Outstanding service and will definitely look for her anytime I need help.

They refused to match the price with their website and refused to replace the battery like other places do it free for you.

Stopped by this location to purchase brakes for my truck and was not greeted upon entry nor did anyone even to look to see me there.

Store was clean and organized, the staff was helpful, hilarious, and knowledgeable! I'm usually in an over vehicle and my parts are usually in stock at the store. If not, next day delivery is prompt. Almost always arriving before 1: 00 p.m. The next day. It's a little priceier than online stores but sometimes you just want the thing now.

Good store but for a few months now they have bad customer service. They have no interest in helping and are disrespectful

I walked in with the intention of purchasing a steering wheel puller, not know that you can actually rent this tool. Your staff explained your process and made life very easy on me. It’s a very specific tool that I wouldn’t likely need again. I want to thank you all for taking the time to ensure I was aware of all my options. A lot of places would have just sold me to puller kit for the sake of making a sale. Your staff was profession, polite, and most importantly demonstrated a high level of integrity!

I ordered online and when I went to the store to pickup, the item was defective and I was told that I'll have to wait 15 minutes for the transaction to be canceled. There was no replacement item so I lost my time and the trip I made to the store.

Not a good experience for me at this location
