I just called and spoke with Tyler from this location. When I say Tyler was great he made sure I understood what I purchased in its entirety. He was very knowledgeable and had great manners. He helped me with my order and took his time making sure I could get my product from another location with no hassle. Great job Tyler! Keep up the great work!

Young gentleman with the long hair and beard is always helping me out no problem! They are a great and friendly staff. Needed help with putting air in my bikes tire because I was stranded and he helped me out without asking for anything in return. They helped me find the right tools to fix my motorcycle too and easy returns. I will come back here every time!

Tyler the manager has always been very helpful to me and I am a senior citizen he goes out of his call of duty to help me every time I visit' I am very pleased with his service he has a life time customer for sure I make all my purchases here

Update:
November 2022:
Advanced Auto Parts’ Tyler strikes again!
Tyler wasn’t even in front today but he came out from the back because we asked after him & this made us feel important. We needed a new battery & had a tight budget.
Tyler patiently explained our options, warranties & helped compare varying costs. Upon learning that our car was just across the street, he offered to send someone over to install the new battery & take away the old. We had a ride but it was a kind & thoughtful gesture that really touched us.
Tyler has our gratitude & admiration. Advanced Auto Parts, because of Tyler, has our loyalty!

September 2022:
We walked in for advice & got so much more! Yesterday’s flood caught me & the impact broke the front clips of our bumper. We didn’t know where to start. Tyler came right outside & immediately got to work. In 15 minutes he detached fender liner & aligned the bumper. This will get me to work & the dealership tomorrow. And it’s Labor Day weekend! Tyler didn’t have to do a thing but give an opinion & instead he lifted us up to get to the next step! Of course, we’re on our way to bring him a Monster-he wouldn’t accept anything else. Customer Service at its finest folks! Advanced Auto Parts: Tyler is due for a raise!

Late review, but remembered. Best Advance auto I’ve been to in years! Was helped out by two employee’s named Tyler and Marc, They assisted me in finding a difficult t-line for my carb unit!

Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Assisted me with getting my battery replaced quickly and easily. Manager is also very knowledgeable and quick but carries himself with the arrogance of a Wall Street broker. He talked s*** about customers while helping me at the register which I found ultra unprofessional. Was dismissive and couldn’t even look me in the eye when denying me the extra help I needed for a hiccup in the service they provided and I paid for. Highly recommend learning some interpersonal skills to go along with that dusty ASC certification. Probably won’t ever come back to this location.

It started with one star at the beginning while speaking with a staff member named Eloy. He was being very rude and definitely was either having a bad day or just doesn’t know what customer service is about. Then a lady named Sonia started helping me instead and needless to say the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!

I recently visited this store and was the only customer at the time. There were two young ladies behind the counter. One looked like she was busy, so I approached the other who was quick to inform me she was helping a customer. As a reminder I was the only customer in the store at the time. She then pulled out her cell phone and made what was apparent to me to be a personal call. At that point I knew that my business wasn't important to her. If the owner of this franchise feels that this is a good business practice, then so be it. There are plenty of competitors in the market to choose from. I personally will never take my business to this store. In the era of the economic downturn and challenges many face due to the pandemic it amazes me that people who are providing a service discount the value of their customers! Well done, you've lost a customer for life!

Asked for battery check and was told they weren't able too due to not having the correct tester. Was told to go down the street to a TIRE SHOP to get battery checked.fell for it went and was looked at like I was crazy and informed they didn't check batteries. Went back to advance auto then was told I had to bring the battery in so they could test it. The tool they used to test battery was portable. They were able to test it without me disconnecting my battery all along but in stead choose too be lazy and not do so. Very unprofessional and felt bad for being rude but they needed it. Lazy and unacceptable as a business.

I've been coming to this place for 5 years now and every time I'm treated with kindness. The workers here really help the transactions run as smooth as possible. They are always willing to help and are patient enough too attend every need. I'd also like to take this opportunity too give a shout-out, not just to this store, to everyone that works for Advanced Auto Parts. I've been too many and they are there too help, they know their products well, and treat one with amiability. Thanks to the Advance stores I rarely struggle finding the parts I need for my vehicles

Regular cashier did know much but playing with cell phone. The mgr.or the man in charge new how to help. Was very nice and well informed.
