17I just wanted to share the superb service I received at Advance Auto Parts today. Ms Elaine was so incredibly kind, patient and extremely helpful. Not only did she help me find the product I needed she and Nate both came out to my vehicle and educated me further on how to properly use the product I bought. This is over and above great service especially at the most busiest season of the Year. If you get the opportunity to meet either of these individuals you will be blessed. Thank you again for making my day. God bless you two.
I went in this store a few months back. Told them to put my purchase under my father’s wholesale account. They did not. The battery they sold me is too small for my car. Now they cannot seem to be able to help me at all because they never used the number I asked them two. My battery has been sliding around in my car for months. My father lives 20 hours away. I feel taken advantage of. Mr. Nathaniel would not even come outside to look at my car to see what my issue was. He sold me a hold down battery bracket that was too big because in prior months they sold me the wrong battery. He admitted to the battery being theirs and insisted on doing nothing. He was on his cellphone ignoring me the entire time. Each time I have been in that store the older lady has an attitude as well. I will never shop here again. If you so decided to shop here take someone with you and keep your receipts. THEY ARE NOT USING THE PHONE NUMBERS YOU Provide AT ALL. I WASTED $170 in this store
The guy Ron that works there gave my hubby some great tips on how to get marks out of our car! They worked! He was very kind, courteous, and professional! Very nice guy and wonderful visiting experience

I hate going to the auto parts store but this one is my favorite. Very friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. Plus you may be able to find a good mechanic that's not money grabbing.

I appreciated that they had the right power steering fluid for my Honda CRV. Some auto parts stores do not carry the specific Honda brand. Customer service was quick. No wait.
I'm a car guy. I ask for specific things because I KNOW what I need. What I am most disturbed by is being questioned why I'm trying to buy a part that the clerk obviously knows nothing about. Service is good with helping find another store with the available part. Physical Inventory cycle count needs to be more strict here because it doesn't reflect the systems count. Typical though.
I lost my gas cap key. A car garage told me that if I wanted the cap off, I would have to pay $25.00.
I came here to buy a replacement cap and was asked about why I was doing that.

Person who answered the phone put me on hold to help a customer who walked in the store. Didn't put me on hold, had me on speakerphone so I could hear this other conversation taking place. After a few minutes he then comes back to me & says hold on while I go check on your part. A part I never even got to mention. After 10 minutes on hold, I hung up & called back. Same person answers the phone. I ask for a manager. He says HE is a manager. I tell him he can't be a manager with how he just blew me off. Took my business elsewhere. This is the Scott Street store. Not the Almeda Genoa store.
Everyone was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was one older female associate was rude, but if she knew you she seemed to be nice to you.
Called in and Elaine gave me excellent service. She was very attentive and went above and beyond. She called the other stores to see if my part was in stock and was very detailed. I will go to this store just because the the level of service is better! Thanks Elaine for your help!
The commercial department helped me out I was stranded with a dead battery and she had one delivered. Life savers.
