I made a purchase in June 2022. I gave my email so I can get my receipt for my item. Ever since that visit, I’ve been receiving emailed receipts from random purchases at this store location. I called and spoke to someone at the store who told me that there’s nothing they can do and to call support. No help at all. I called support and learned that this store kept my email in their system, placed 000’s as my contact info and were using them for orders that didn’t require warranties. Since my visit, I’ve gotten over 10 random emailed receipts. Thank you to Ward from Customer Support to helped me removed the email from their system which the store could’ve done themselves)

It helps when your Employees have knowledge about the Products they sell.

I called about an aftermarket Auxiliary Fan, to see if they have a switch that has a temperature thermometer that slips inside of the radiator hose and when the vehicles temp reaches a pre-set temp it will flip and send power to the fan in place of a basic toggle switch.
When I called to ask for help, all the associate could do was look at the package of what was in a box and incapable of answering any questions.

Isn't this company called " ADVANCED AUTO PARTS "?

Maybe you could Hire ADVANCED EMPLOYEES that have some knowledge of what they are selling, or at least take the time to be honest and transfer the customer to someone with knowledge of the products!

Need help, Go to Oreilly's!

I bought a new serpentine belt, came to get a new one because the old one had “warranty” and they say something is wrong with the car, i dont know why they give warranty on parts if they aint gonna replace them….

Terrible customer service. The lady who works there does not acknowledge customers and is very rude. I have come to this location multiple times just to be told that parts are unavailable when they are shown to be at this specific location online. You have to make an online order for them to give you the parts you need because everything is out of stock if you ask them. It's the biggest shame since the Advance Auto parts pricing is so competitive. I will not be returning to this location unless I absolutely need to due to the continuous lack of good customer service.

This was my first visit there, I stopped by because I ordered on line and I was directed to that location when I got there there was someone on the computer and I believe the manager was helping another customer outside no one was in the store and I was told to wait this was the saddest day of my life no customers and I still have to wait about 10 minutes to pick up my order they will be the last time I will ever stop there again I worked at the dealership down the street and I will let everyone know about the poor poor poor service at this location I asked the attendant why was no one there to help customers he said to take that up with the manager wow.

The fact that they're advertising a hiring event yet have nobody to host this is a waste of time.sometimes the district managers do not know how their employees treat customers anf they should care more.waiting about 15 minutes to be interviewed and nobody helped.

Employee by the name of Ann was not knowledgeable on air conditioning and took a phone call while I was talking to her. That wouldn’t be a big deal but instead of holding she continued to talk on the phone and left me standing there.

This advance Store, is a store that can run itself. Every time I come in the store in the evening I see the same two workers Joe and Ann hustling to maintain parts for these customers. This is my store of choice to shop, because I know if I order a part online. I will have my parts there for pickup.
The times I use to go in during the day, every time I go in for parts the Store Manager, seems very lazy, and uninterested in helping myself or other customers. This store would be better ran by Joe and Ann since there the only workers there helping customers daily.

Sold me stuff they said I needed then when I didnt need it wouldnt give me my money back and said that they did not tell me I needed them and then the part they gave me was wrong and wouldnt exchange it even tho I was there 30 minutes ago

I called to look up an item I bought a while back. They either put me on hold and ended the call after a few minutes or they help me out for a few minutes and put me on hold again which also ended on ending the call
