Rod and Fred came through for me and diagnosed an issue I was having with a coolant leak. They provided the right solution and definitely educated me so I walked out more confident. They definitely went the extra mile to help me and I truly appreciate it. Thanks guys!

Could use better customer service. This is the second time I go in. Same older gentleman with glasses was un friendly and seemed to have a problem.

I would like to start this with I am a person that normally does all his own repairs and has a got bit of automotive knowledge. I also normally don’t leave reviews but I felt this one was needed. I’ve been to this location three time and two times were horrible experience. The first time I went to get my battery checked because I was sure it was bad. I walked into the story to find the store empty and the two employees having a conversation. I asked for helped one of the employees reluctantly followed me outside. This was a unplanned stop and I realized I have things in my trunk where my battery is located. I informed the employee that I had to move the things in my trunk first. He waited 30 seconds then said this isn’t going to work and walked back inside. I followed him and said I still need help at that point they both ignored me. The second time I was replacing my breaks and rotors on my car and purchased everything from this location. After getting to the point to put on the new rotors i found out they did not fit. I went back to the store to see if I was given the wrong one. I was informed these were the parts the computer said were correct and I was probably doing something wrong. I lucky brought the old back rotor and caliber. I then showed the gentleman that it in fact did not fit. I then asked if he had any solutions he just stared at me for a moment the just told me to get a refund and go somewhere else. Both time the employees were rude and made seem like I was bothering them. I will not be returning to this location again and warn anyone looking for automotive parts just go somewhere else.

I had to buy oil for my car on a recent trip and found this Advanced Auto Parts store near my location and in the forward direction of my trip. The store had just opened for the day. As I entered, I was greeted by two employees working behind protective Covid glass windows. They very courteously asked if I needed help finding anything. The oil section is clearly labeled in huge lettering so I found what I needed immediately. The clerk was very friendly, but professional, as he checked my oil and I paid. As it was a hot Texas morning, my engine was still hot and I had difficulty turning the oil cap. I went back inside the store to find a tool that would help me, but the clerk very graciously went out to my car and opened the very hot cap. I felt very well taken care of at this facility and was very pleased with the above and beyond service I received. I was able to put the oil in my car and continue promptly on my trip.

I love cars and I love working on them. When I have a car part problem or need to get something car related, this is one of my ports of call. While usually I'm looking for a performance part or an aftermarket mod, I sometimes need oils or lubricants or fuel treatments, and I've never really been disappointed. When they don't have a part, they have been able to order me something with no fuss. I also enjoy being able to bring my used oils in for recycling!

I'm having more and more of a hard time with Nacogdoches location everytime I go. From wrong oil filters to paying for a battery with a 1: 30 pick up time. Showed up, had to wait til 2: 10 for wrong part to be delivered. Still had to go to Pat Booker location to pick it up myself. Harder and harder to stay loyal with all these shenanigans. 2 stars for Nacogdoches, they try, but bless their hearts. 4 stars for Advanced Auto Parts overall.

Called other parts stores looking for o-ring. They weren't too helpful or knowledgeable. Went to this store in person, and they had what I needed and took the time to look for it.

As a woman I walked in and was completely ignored by Fred, the only sales clerk visible. I went to the headlights and couldn't find a headlight reference guide. Went to the counter, Fred turned away from me and proceeded to dual the phone, never a word until his call did not go thru and I was told "wait a minute"
I still had not been greeted. He went to another phone and made his call. When he returned to me I asked about the reference guide. Was told they don't have. I told him what I thought I needed and he verified I was correct. Still no conversation or acknowledgement beyond basic business yeses and nos.
Very unfriendly customer service.
Very unprofessional.
Very not female friendly.

They went above and beyond in changing a battery when the parts were really messed up. Great customer service!

Staff very helpful. Store is kept up and clean. Easy in and out access and you are able to go in and shop. Really helpful when the staff goes the extra mile to explain additional info you may not know you needed. That's Grest Customer Service.

Didn’t offer tools to help customer in front of me. Staff doesn’t wear masks during Covid 19. Anti social and workers are busy on their phones. Won’t be going back due to this

I needed a battery for my truck, the staff was very friendly and quickly got me what I needed. They were able to assist me with other things that I needed as well. I actually got a box of 100 latex 7mil gloves.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was working on my motorcycle. Really just maintenance stuff. A friend and myself went in this store to get a couple of things. We were looking around really in no hurry probably been there 10 minutes or so. Not one employee asked if we needed help or even acknowledged us being there. Well all of a sudden one of the counter monkeys yells across the store “ you guys need to hurry it up”! To say the least they didn’t get any of my business. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. I would assume that you want customers to stay in your store longer. Done completely with Advance Auto Parts. I will pay more and drive farther before they get one dime of my money

My husband was out of town when my battery died. Came here and they assisted me pick out a batter and they installed it for me. I was so grateful!
