Stopped by this store to get a read out.coding on my Ford.both employees on duty were very helpful in assisting me and explaining to me what the coding pertained to. Joseph M drew out a diagram for me showing how to further analyze my cars' problem. Customer service was exceptional.

Great customer service! I bought the wrong size wiper for the rear of my vehicle, and it was exchanged without charging me any extra and the gentleman came out and put it on my car. Super helpful and nice as can be!

My car didn't start today, I knew it had to be the battery or the alternator and wanted to confirm. I usually go to Autozone out of routine so I did; the guy had a handheld machine hooked to my battery and told me it was good and so was the alternator that it must be electrical? ! I knew he was wrong and I took I to Advance Auto for a second opinion; it was a bit out of my way but when I arrived Parts Tech Miller was very helpful, he took time the adequately scan my car for me so I got the right part. During pandemic days skills like Miller's are hard to find.

I started off my Monday morning with my truck not want wanting to start. I knew I needed a battery. I swung by the store at 7: 40am. Mark provided excellent customer service. He removed the acid from the cables and installed the battery.

Customer service is this store’s mantra. I bought parts on line, installed them only to find out one was defective. My local store bent over backwards to get me a replacement within hours. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen service this good, well done!

Went to get a ball mount for my car today and had a great experience. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name because he was extremely helpful and personable. Any time I’m back in San Antonio this will definitely be my go to auto parts store based on their fantastic customer service.

I had an issue after I placed an order online and when I got there they didn't have one of the tools in stock. The staff was very helpful though and the manager provided a discount on a similar tool due to the inconvenience. Thank you for working with me and I will definetly come back.

This store has a good selection of bolts, helpful employees and is always clean. The other selection is always organized and when I have questions the staff always has answers!

Oskar was very helpful in replacing and installing a new battery in my wife’s car. Very profesional and friendly, he was able to knock it out in about ten minutes.

They replaced my battery for my SUV. In and out in about 10 minutes. Saved $25 compared to the dealer pricing.

Very helpful when we had to return stuff that was bought by someone who said they would work on my car. They also gave me the name of someone that might be able to help me. Haven't called can no longer afford any work

Initially helped show me where the fuses were, however I wasn't sure which fuse to buy. I went and brought my vehicle's owners manual and looked for the cigarette lighter fuse but it wasn't explicitly shown or listed. I went to ask them what it may be under and they said they couldn't help me at all and shooed me away. I was the only customer in the store. They said i had to find and choose the right fuse and rudely dismissed me.

Not crazy about seeing 8pm close time online, walk right through the open door at 7: 20pm for battery help, and get kicked out because they’re closed. Will take my business and money elsewhere from this location.
