Have one close to my home staff always polite and helpful. Good prices, I always shop there.

I needed to find a part for my car and randy was very smart and really helped me find the part that i was looking for and ill definitely be back.

I ordered and payed online to pick up at store to save time. When I got there they weren't even aware of the order. And when they proceeded to go get my stuff they didn't have 1 item on stock and I had to drive to another store where they did have it available. What's the point of ordering your stuff online for pickup if your going to lose all this time. When in the first place you wanted to avoid that! Losing time. Ridiculous.

Stopped by today for some bulb replacements and Velma G. Was super helpful and very nice! Wish I could get this kind of customer service every where and all the time! Velma keep up the awesome work! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Always has what i need and if not they find it close by. Reasonable prices. And they know the husband because he's a loyal customer.

Place a curbside order. Got email saying order ready.went to fo get. Couldn't find my order. Very very disappointing after 45 min wait.

Salesperson is kind, friendly and funny. Very helpful and courteous. Took the time to go out into the heat (105 today) and diagnosed my son's ram pickup. Didn't get his name but works at fair ave and gevers. Thanks bud.

Good place to go to customer support they help you out I like shopping there I get all my parts for my truck needle part call another store and all you got to do is pay for it and come back to the same for you at and pick it up and go put on your car truck. Have a blessed day.

It's ok, the staff are very helpful. I just didn't like waiting so long to buy the parts I needed, only 1 staff member, and a long line of customers and a very uncomfortable temperature inside the store.

Mario an Awesome Super Cool guy helped me out with my truck and gave me great tips on what to do and check my truck nobody has ever gone out of there way to help me like that, Thanks Mario, God Bless you.

The man at the counter doesn't a good amount of time to help research the part I needed. I would say that they are a smaller overlooked auto parts store but they do have a great deal of inventory. Try these guys first.

I got a power steering rack in November 2021. It’s the end of May 2022 and I’m just getting to the box. I open it and compare to my old power steering rack and it does not match up at all. And these guys were able to help me get the right one. It was a defect in the box. My box had the right part number and the part itself had the part number sticker on it with the correct part number but the power steering rack was completely the wrong part. They took it in and swapped it no questions asked!

Had a great experience stopping at this store and returning a part that I am no longer need it with no problem Jaime help me out customer service is awesome very genuine and helpful doing a great job at attending to customers Like using the Carquest parts here

I called this place asking for a certain part they told me they have the part and that they would put it aside for me, I informed them that the customer would be there and I gave them her name.when she showed up they told her that they didn’t have the part that I asked about when I called, they were being very unprofessional and had adolescent behavior. This is a major inconvenience for mechanics and customers as well.if you do not have a part do not confirm that you in fact have it just for customers to show up and be told that they do not have a part! May 6,2022 around 4 PM was the time I called. Come on now that’s just not right.
