I highly recommend Trey is always helpful with a great attitude he’s the only one I ask for help due he always goes above and beyond. I had dealt with most of the employees there and he’s always the one I end up going to due is always go above and beyond for the customer.
Yeah they got the parts- 4 days out for anything. Everything is special order. Simple parts nothing complicated.
Went in and the staff was very helpful. They didn't have what I needed so they ordered it for me.
Ordered online. Got the email saying it was ready for pickup. I got there and a few employees had to search for my item. Guess they had just rearranged shelves and products. So I had to wait a bit.
Very disappointed with this advanced auto I have had a corporate account for 14 years, spent thousands of dollars with them. Recently had a expensive part for ranch truck go bad two weeks after we bought is and they accused of damaging it. I am closing my account and moving it to NAP. A I showed NAPA my last years invoices and the can beat prices by around 20% I voiced my complaint to management at advanced and they didn’t care to try to keep my business.
You better know what you want because the people working there will ask you if your car is two or four wheel drive for a set of dang wiper blades
Tim was very helpful, he assisted me in choosing the best wiper blades for my car. He even came outside on this chilly Texas day to put them on for me.

The stamp or are very friendly have always had a smile on the face in a factory what they are doing and the parts that you are looking for if they don't have it in their store they would deprive to get it for you someplace else as quickly as I can
