I went in got 2 gallons of windshield washer fluid and got in line to check out. The man behind the counter was busy helping customers. I waited patiently for several minutes holding the 2 gallon containers and another lady behind the counter ask another employee to get me checked out. His reply. I'm not on the clock yet! I put the containers on the counter and told him (all 350 #'s of the slob) how rude he was and left. Went across the street and made my purchase. I will never cast my shadow on their doorstep again.
Shane is the best customer service representative around! Took care of my car. And Mark the General Manager did the same exceptional service for my vehicle as well. THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH!

Guy behind the counter wanted to argue about the name of a tool he clearly didn't know. Lug wrench, it's called a lug wrench on your site and on the shelf tag. Also, charged $35 for a 4 way lug wrench that is $15 at AutoZone and Walmart. Over priced, rude, and does not know the name of the tool they are selling. Hard pass. O'Reillys is next door.
I came to buy some spare parts, three employees and none of them attended to me, they don't even greet me, they ignore you, I don't think I will ever return.
