24Kim the GM there is incompetent. She never gets parts delivered properly, meaning I get the wrong parts delivered all the time. I have customers waiting for their vehicles to be finished and i cant deliver unless advance delivers correctly. Ive decided to use other auto parts companies instead. Ive used advanced for many years and i hate to stop giving my business to them but i have to consider my customers satisfaction as well. Sorry advance but wen have to break up!
Manager Paul Said he will not price match O'reilly auto parts. He would not explain to me his return policy. I explained to him i bought a generator yesterday, I have not opened it and offered to return it and buy it again where at that point they could price match. Manager Paul informed me he would not price match when he can turn around and sell it at full price to another customer without price matching. I guess Advance auto parts only price matches when there is not a hurricane approaching and when they can take advantage of people during hard times. There are too many other auto parts stores in the area to go back here. Save your money and shop else where. Manager Paul has zero customer service skills, needs training! They don't price match!
They installed the wrong battery in my car. After spending a ton of money on towing and a repair shop to have them find out this place installed the wrong battery. When I went back to return the wrong battery the girl at the counter tired to catch a whole attitude until she looked up my car and saw in fact it was the wrong battery. I avoid this place like covid.

This store is the best! Laura is my favorite. She always greets with a friendly face and goes above and beyond with her customer service. I recommend this store to people all the time.
I had a great experience and saved money all because Laura was an amazing employee! She was more like a friend rather than a worker which is rare to find in corporate businesses. I hope everyone gets the same experience!
Horrible, love at the front counter between associate and customer, two other members giggling in the back, and i stood for ten minutes and wasnt even greeted for more often than not overpriced parts
Good place to get what you want and quickly. I like that I can buy what I want on line and just go in to pick it up.
I usually order my items before picking up in store. Note that you have to wait awhile for your order to process in their system. Also sometimes the item isn't there. They would have to get another store close by to drop it off. So if your inpatient, try doing this a day in advance to save yourself the stress.
Treated horribly by staff member having a bad day. I waited patiently over 3 hours for my car battery to be recharged, no problem as they were busy. Once it was my turn to be serviced, I asked what's the status or next step as I've never gotten a car battery recharged before. A staff member came from the back, went straight to my car and began handling my car so roughly. I asked how he was doing (as an ice breaker), no response. Waited-asked if the lady I originally met with was in, no response. The gentlemen continued trying to force the battery in. I said the other lady had removed a cover that went with it, that may help, no response and he continued slamming and trying to force it to fit. He was shoving so hard my Honda CRV began to rock from side to side. I see the original staff member walking towards us from around the corner as though she was returning from lunch. I flagged her and awkwardly asked for her help. She told the gentlemen he was missing the cover and he was putting it in wrong side backwards. That made him angry. He threw what he had in hand under my hood-as though at the car and abruptly walked off. All with no words. I asked the young lady if I sounded harsh and she said, "I just think he's having a bad day and i apologize. " You could tell she was reluctant to say anything negative about her coworker but felt so bad I'd still been waiting hours later as she said my battery hardly needed a charge anyway. If it wasn't for her, there's no telling what he would have done to my car. From now on, I'm going back to the dealership!
Online says they are open until 9pm, I’m sitting in front of the store 8: 30 and they actually close at 8, not too mad but definitely not happy, please update your hours
I had a bad battery and was turned away in the Willis store (supposedly they have a different software system) but I was rescued here in the Kingwood store. Thanks for all the help and switching/ warranting my battery.
F*** this place I walked a half-mile to get to this mother f***** and it says they close at 9 in the m*********** wants to close at 8
Always get great service at this Advance Auto Parts. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Workers are great store is great, but every time I go in here my account is messed up. Then they say I have to call corporate to correct it. I don't know why it has to be such a hassle.
Had 2 of 3 items in stock. Special order for the third would mean next day pickup. Not bad at all.
I'm going four stars on them. Cool people, friendly and knowledgeable.wait time isn't horribly long.they ordered the specific plugs I was looking for and charged my mc battery.
They are always helpful. Buy your parts online first, then pick up in store. There's A lot of savings to be had online.
Fast in and out. Everyone is knowledgeable. Usually a price special in some items. Recommended.
