People were friendly, willing to help. Really quick response. Service guy was friendly, informative to any questions I I had.

The person who took my request for service over the phone was very nice and personable, explaining everything needed for my appointment. The technician, Eric, was very knowledgeable, had the part on his truck and had my frige fixed in a few minutes. Also provided insight on another concern with same fridge, clearing up a misunderstanding from another company’s technician from years ago. Will definitely use Advanced Appliance Repair again.

Was very good fixed my washer, gave me estimate and information on other problem I may want to get taken care of at a later time. Was there when they said they would be. Was very pleased with service.

Service tech was prompt and on time. However, the chargers are double the amount I got from another company. Plus. I'm out $100 for them to just look at it.

Eric seem like he was knowledgeable but he was blowing smoke. Just trying to upsell me. Recommend researching on a different service or doing it yourself if possible

Eric came and diagnosed the issue with my commercial ice machine. He was very knowledgeable and had a solution that was within my budget.

The parts for the repair needed to be ordered so he came back with the parts at a later, scheduled time and made the repairs.

I was very impressed with his professionalism and the professionalism also from those who called me from his office for scheduling purposes.

I highly recommend him. If you are running a business and you have appliances that positively must work, you can count on him to find a solution for your needs.

On a side note, I am a pilot and I would fully trust him to work on my airplane! No joke; he’s also a certified airplane mechanic.

My only complaint was that the repair window is wide. They said that they would be at my place between 12 and 4. Then they showed up at 11. Other than that, solid service.

Philip was amazing came in and was able to finish the repair quickly. He was very friendly and kind as my 6 year old had to talk to him!

Nice people, knew what he was doing, pushed 3 buttons, charged over $100 and was gone in 5 minutes. Good job but extremely expensive.
