Excellent customer service! Took my mom's car in because the bottom panel of the car was dragging (she took it to jiffy lube and looks like they messed up and didn't secure properly) Tony took care of it fast and didn't even charge me. Excellent place that wants to help the customer and set you up for success.

I took my car in for what I was told was a transmission problem. It was in the shop 10 days before anyone even looked at my car. After several conversations, on possible solutions, Tony finally told me he didn't feel comfortable repairing the car, due to the cost/ value of the car. I asked him to look at a smaller issue, the service light was on. It was determined that I had a misfire on a spark plug. In all my disgust, I agreed to the smaller repair. After 17 days and $650 later, my car was returned. Tony told that I could still drive the car w the transmission problem, just be very careful.

After driving the car 2 times for less than 10 miles, the service light was back on. I called Tony and informed him the light was back on. He instructed me to get a reading of the code. Turns out the same code for what was supposedly fixed.
I determined that I would not invest anymore in the car and to junk it.
I asked Tony if he would refund at least half, if not all my money. He rudely told me no and they would repair their work under the guarantee. It makes no sense to repair it again, if the car is not salvageable.

If Tony wasn't comfortable doing the transmission work in the first place, then he should not have done the other work either.

I contacted AAA to complain that this approved service center, Advanced Auto Tech, has duped me out my money and not willing to show good faith by refunding half my cost since I'm having to invest in another vehicle. That was just money down the drain that fattened their pockets!

After further discussions, we came to an amirable resolution.

Folks here are friendly & the mechanic who did the AAA checkup was efficient and thorough. Thank you everyone
