Went once before for an extraction. They did the extraction.fast and easy.called today to get another extraction and I'm told I need to schedule xray and exam.and then if the Dr decides it needs extraction.they will schedule me for one.yeah no thanks.went from 5 stars to 1 star and just lost a customer.since the owner wants to respond. Last time I called and said I need an extraction.y'all set appointment. I came in and y'all pulled it.this time I'm told no I need x-rays and exam and then schedule an extraction. My mom (who USED you) was even shocked. I asked the lady if you pulled it.would it be same day.her answer.probably not. I called another dentist. My appointment is this morning for an EXTRACTION. NOW I CAN REFER MY MOM TO A NEW DENTIST

No matter how many times I go, I’m always nervous and the staff does such a great job at helping me keep calm. They’re all super nice and welcoming. I appreciate that they’re real gentle with my teeth cleanings and try to keep you as comfortable as possible. Special shout out to Flor in the front who’s always so helpful with appointments and insurance information!

I’ve been looking for a dentist to replace the best dentist we had back in Louisiana. Exceptional service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They definitely know how to make you feel welcomed. I will be returning for cosmetic work in a few months and will update with a before and after. Wait time was brief considering my appointment was on a Saturday.

This is a great dental office very professional, caring and polite. I don't like going to the dentist at all but this place makes me feel real comfortable and I love that. No complaints at all just keep doing what you do. Definitely 5 stars all the way.

After spending thousands of dollars, mine has now broken FOUR times in one year! The product is inferior and the most recent repair did not even last one day yet I’m told I “need a different kind, you bought the standard, these things happen, it’s your bite, if we can’t repair, you pay lab costs for another, we are one of just a few that warranty……” I’m terribly frustrated, disappointed and sad.

My husband needed some work on his dentures that were chiped pretty bad they replaced four teeth in the front of his upper plates which made them look incredibly good. It took very little time and was wonderful results Thank You for the Great work

I'm went in for my every 6 months routine cleaning. Arrived early (30 minutes before appointment time). Only, waited about 2 minutes in the waiting room before i was called. Advanced Care Dentistry & Dentures really have an excellent dentist, staff and services.
