Today was very frustrating! Arrived at 9: 05 for a 9: 45 appointment. Was taken back at 9: 15. Attendant put in line for IV, said someone was ahead of me and would be back. I waited an hour, the asked the lab tech if they forgot me. All of a sudden people were coming in to get me, explain different procedures, changed the initial instructions and procedure. Tech was a little condescending. When Dr. Lin came in didn't say a word! Not hello, sorry for the delay, nothing, except to ask the tech for needles, and then say "you're going to feel a stick".
Tech explained there would be future injections and I would be seen for follow up in a week that was already scheduled. I'm checking my calendar that date and time was inconvenient. The tech then says, "just double book, she'll be with me" Double book!? ! To sit another hour? No!
Dr. Lin came highly recommended and I trust that this may not be the norm.
