I would definitely look elsewhere before coming here. Most of the office staff is rude and aren't very helpful. I had to look for a different provider as Dr. Napier was not very personable and would always discuss being anti-vax randomly and it seemed like I was bothering her medical assistant anytime I asked her a question. Additionally, she was never thorough on explaining test results and I always felt like questions were left unanswered because she was in a rush or she did not answer fully, which is never good when it comes to your health.

Absolutely love it here! So comforting going to an all women office where I am given tons of options and really listened to!

Great physicians and service. I highly recommend. Have not had any billing issues, which is a huge perk for me, since I've had doctors in the past who couldn't figure out billing to save their life. I see Dr. Napier and she is awesome! Been visiting this practice for about 7 years with no issues.

While I really enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Heintges for over a year, I was very shocked when I was told by her office staff that I could not schedule an appointment to see her regarding medical paperwork for my job that they said she would not complete. I do not know if she actually refused to fill the paperwork out or not, but I know I have NEVER had a doctor's office refuse to let me make an appointment to see my doctor. Moreover, this is after it took them almost a month to get back to me after I submitted the paperwork. I had to follow up, as they did not get back to me in the 7-14 days I was told it would take. Not only is this grossly negligent, but it is also so disheartening. Due, to the back and forth with trying to schedule an appointment to explain what I was experiencing (even though this was a recurring issue) and scheduling my surgery, I ended up in the ER. I never thought I would experience something like this from AWH. To feel dismissed by people who you entrust to take care of you is totally unacceptable. This situation was just a reminder to me of the disparities in health care, especially when it comes to people of color. I hope no one else ever has to experience this type of treatment.

I highly recommend Dr. Heintges and the AWC team! I’ve been a patient for several years and now an OB patient during my first pregnancy. Dr. Heintges is very thorough in our visits, answers all of my questions, and has the most positive attitude at every visit.

Reading the reviews and I can agree with most of them. You need to fire the entire staff. They're unable to respond to voicemails. Left a message for the office manager Stacey, no response. Left a message for my doctor's assistant, no response. Messaged through the portal, no response. Never received a notification about my appointment. Been coming here for years and now it's gone down the drain. If they can't complete a simple task of communicating, start replacing people.this will cost your business $$$. Looking for a new Gyno.

After moving from Austin, I was super nervous about finding new OB care. Especially moving more than halfway through the pregnancy, it made me nervous to find someone / a practice that would take care of me and baby girl. I researched a few places and finally landed on advanced women’s healthcare in Dallas and I am loving the care and the amazing workers to say the least! Dr. Napier is amazing, takes the time to listen to me, and reassures me constantly of all my anxiety. I would absolutely recommend this practice not only for prenatal/ postnatal care but just care for women in general. 5 stars!

This will now be my second baby delivered with Dr. Napier! She is very informative and will answer all your questions & concerns. She definitely looks out for the moms and their babies. All the DRs in this office are phenomenal along with the staff. Highly recommend this place!

I have been a patient since 2013. Dr. Heingtes has been awesome since my first visit in 2013. She has been great ever since day one and now helping me with my high risk pregnancy (currently 29 weeks- baby due December 2023). I couldn't have chosen any other doctor for my miracle baby. This team has been great with assisting me with this pregnancy since day one. I want to thank them for their great response on scheduling and answering any questions that I have promptly. I have been coming to AWH for years! Dr. Heintges is the best. She was recommended to me by a friend. I always feel comfortable asking her any questions I have and trust her advice.

Dr Heintges is amazing! I have been seeing her since my first pregnancy until now, ten years after I had my 2nd child, she is very easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable, she explains everything thoroughly and in a way it’s easy to understand. The nurse is very nice and friendly too.

This office doesn’t care about you at all, just sends a voicemail expecting me to pay a certain amount. Gives no explanation, then the lady at the front always gives attitude, And rude awakening. Ridiculous wasted half a day at work!

I have been seeing Dr. Reyes for my pregnancy & have nothing but positive things to say. She is knowledgeable, friendly, so easy to talk to, and takes time answering my questions. Everyone else there is amazing too, especially the sonographer. So happy I found this office!

AWH Dallas and our Doctor are exceptional. She is knowledgeable, caring, and always ensures we are informed about every step of the process. Her support throughout our pregnancy and beyond has been invaluable.

It's hard to express the extent of my frustration and anger. The staff's incompetence baffles me. I actually took time off work for this appointment, only to be informed that my insurance isn't accepted. Keep in mind, I provided all the required information before the appointment. I'm uncertain if they were simply eager to schedule and bill an insurance claim, or if there were other motives.

I discovered they didn't accept my insurance while I was already at the office. This not only embarrassed me but also made me feel gaslit, as they had the audacity to claim it was my duty to verify beforehand.

Dr. Reyes is amazing and makes you feel super comfortable in the whole process.

I moved to Dallas in 2017, and I chose Advanced Women’s Healthcare due to my insurance. Dr. Heintges has been my OBGYN from the beginning and has been very helpful and informative throughout the years. I am so happy to have found this practice. I am due in November and I have received amazing care since the beginning of my pregnancy. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

This a very loving environment. This is my 4th baby and this is a new facility and doctor for me and I have left right at home. Dr. Heintges is by far the best OBGYN I have ever had. She is fun to interact with. The staff are friendly and have helped guide me all the way through this journey. Thanks everyone!
