After some confusion about the time of the graveside service on a cold winter day, they provided us with a warm place to gather at no extra charge and even generously reduced the charge to open the grave to make up for our inconvenience.

Kelly was amazing she took the time to take care of everything that we needed we lost our precious Joe on November 5 he was only 18 years of age she took us through the whole process professional wine while caring she was amazing

Someone close to me passed away last year. The people here have been so kind to me despite my messing up time and time again. Their patience is legendary. I’m grateful to that such people work here.

I recently attended a service at Advantage on Chetwood and I was exceptionally pleased, considering the circumstance. The facility is beautiful and comforting and the service was first class. The staff was extremely helpful from the beginning to end with planning, arrangements, & a memorable service. One member in particular, Gina, stood out to our family. Her knowledge in the industry, patience with our indecisiveness & compassion during this overwhelming & difficult time was greatly appreciated and should not go unnoticed. I plan to finalize my arrangements with them & would recommend Advantage to anyone who asks.

This unfortunately has been such a difficult week for my family. We lost our great grandmother and then our grandmother in the same week. Dora has been beyond amazing with accommodating us, guiding us and making this difficult time easier on our family. She is definitely a gem and are just beyond appreciative of everything she has done. She never makes you feel rushed or forced for any decisions and helps every step of the way.

As far as preparing our loved one all was beautiful. However, the reception that we paid $19.00 a person for was a joke. Cold cut sandwiches set in to go containers each wrapped with saran wrap. Individual bags of chips in boxes and one fruit tray that mostly consist of sliced oranges. Two containers tea and lemonadeone each, no bottled water. Not worth $19. Per person. Our music CD turned off a couple of times. I don know that I would recommend the food but staff was wonderful.

We had an easy process with our funeral arrangements of our loved one. Dora was great with all the details & comfort to our family!

I am leaving this review on behalf of the staff they did a wonderful job but I would personally would like to thank Diogense Powell for his exceptional service he went over and beyond to make sure that the family was satisfied and I couldn’t have ask for better. He was kind, informative, & very empathetic and he made sure not to miss any details I truly appreciate him.

Diogense, Dora and the entire staff provided exceptional care after the passing of my mother. They definitely exceeded my expectations during the planning of her services and the day of the funeral itself. My mother, Patsy Isley, suddenly passed away last month. We knew her wishes for burial, but we had never made any plans. We went to one Dignity Funeral home, however the cost was not reasonable, we were told about Advantage Funeral & Cremation and Dio the director there. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Advantage to everyone. Dio and everyone at Advantage, took their time with us, answered many questions both in phone calls and emails. They listened to us, as we talked about our mom and her life.
My mom was a serious canoer and had great passion for it. Dio asked us if we would like to have her canoe and gear next to her casket. Since mom did not want any flowers, we had her canoe in place of where flowers would have gone! Mom was also a cat lover, one of the ladies placed a stuff Garfield near the sign in book and a kitty ornament to hold the cards. It is the simple things like this, that left a lasting impression on my sister and family friends.
Dio and everyone at Advantage made the worst time of our lives, so much more bearable. They listen and truly have compassion for the families.

I took my family here to make funeral arrangements for my dear uncle. Dora was incredibly nice thoughtful and very knowledgeable. She never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions in both Spanish and English. She really guided us through the entire process and made my family feel comfortable and at ease. That really made a lasting impression on all of us. The funeral home was impeccably clean and smelled nicely it was bright and welcoming. She did an amazing job on my uncle made himb look so nice. I would definitely recommend this funeral home ask for Dora!
