Wow, what excellent customer service! These guys are top notch! So impressed with James and the team at Advantage Supply. I tried 3 other places before I stumbled into a contact that referred me to Advantage Supply, and I wish I had known about them years ago. Not only did they perform the repair just right, but they showed up on time, and even got it done days before they originally told me they could! Family owned business that focuses on people versus profits. I treasure James and Mike! I needed a broken window replaced and they were able to do it quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies. Highly recommend these folks!

Terrible customer service. Called for help with balancing issues that I am having with 2 new windows and was quoted 25 dollars less that it would cost to replace the window. They also wanted to come out without knowing if they had the correct parts, or even as many parts that it would take to fix my issue-but the labor and cost of visit would be 175 no matter what. Then as I was trying to understand the cost and options, I was hung up on immediately when I said i would like reschedule my visit. Potential customers are better off going to somewhere else.

Reasonable price (unlike some of the local AC suppliers), seem like quality parts, the window parts I needed were out of stock, they called promptly when it arrived, and I'm a happy customer.
