Advantage Mobile RV Service, Watauga TX

I could not recommend Advantage Mobile RV Service more. I’ve had Michael come work on both a RV and camper van over the years and he has been incredible to work with! His communication is quick and very detailed. He has always been able to diagnose and fix the problem. And his pricing is very fair. I’ve had issues from roof damage, to mechanical, and Advantage has been there to help. He was even willing to come checkout a camper van I was interested in buying and did a full system check and gave me his honest opinion on if it was a good investment or not. I could not be more appreciative of all the work he has put in. I’ve tried the big chain service companies before finding Advantage and have been screwed over every time. Advantage Mobile will always be the first RV Service company I call moving forward!

I was pleased with the service I received from Michael at advanced Rv services. He went above and beyond to get the job done. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, prompt service as well as quality of service. I Would highly recommend him and use his services again if needed.

Did not complete warranty jack repair as promised. Will not answer phone or return texts, it has been a month since I notified him and he said he'd come out and take a look again. My warranty expired a few days after the malfunction and I'm moving soon, so have had to hire someone else and pay out of pocket. He knew I need to move the RV. They also installed a baggage compartment door crooked. Micheal said he would come back to check that also and never did. Installed it right over the ripped decal they were supposed to replace, caulked over it and everything. The jack broke 1/14/23, it is now 6/11/23.

It's a pleasure working with Michael. He's responsive and prompt, and very thorough. Ours was a bit of a conundrum, but he persevered, traced the problem, and did the repairs faultlessly. Should we encounter any future problems, Michael will be our only call. We could not be more pleased. His rates are very reasonable as well, given his vast knowledge.

Technician was very quick to respond by text to our call and was very helpful in determining the course of action.

My fifth wheel started leaking at both a/c’s when it rained. I had tried some things I was told to do but still leaked. I was referred to Advantage RV Repair with a high recommendation. So I contacted Michael and told him the issue. They came out when they said and kept me posted on where they were and when they were about to arrive. He was very easy to talk to and handled everything with care and great confidence. They were both very skilled and I am at peace about the repairs that were down. He also did some small things that I told him about when he got here. I really appreciate how he listened to me and didn’t make light of questions or concerns since I was a senior lady. Very respectful and very professional but down to earth guy.
Knows his business. I can whole heartedly refer him with no hesitation. Thanks for the great job and the fair pricing! From now on I will only trust Michael with my RV.
