Update: I am extremely sorry they had left me a voice mail that I totally missed. My apologies once again. Barbara called me this morning to schedule an appointment but since they deal exclusively with Carrier - I decided not to proceed as I'm interested in Trane.

Reached out to them twice based on the reviews - spoke to Portia on both the occasions and was assured that would get a call from a person who handles scheduling to get a comfort advisor. Never got any call back and just makes me wonder that when a company doesn't respond for a sales call, service calls do not even stand a chance.

A bit disappointed by their lack of responsiveness.

INCREDIBLE! I recently had an issue with a service performed and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue! I am not sure who they sent but he was excellent and explained a lot to me about HVAC systems and made some recommendations. Due to the above I will be a customer for life with advent air.

They have been maintaining the furnace and air conditioner for 25 years. Jimmy Logan just installed a new furnace and air conditioner for the upstairs. They were on time and took special care to protect the marble foyer and carpet. At the completion of the task they cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. Very professional.

Devin was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely helpful on sealing up the old AC electrical and the pipe cover for the new AC to keep all unwanted critters out. Thank you again for all your help again. Love seeing the same technicians.

Arrived on time. Polite and respectful of my property. Explained everything he was doing. And once done he recapped everything he did. No high pressure sales to join their comfort club. Just let me knew it was an option and I could sign later if I changed my mind.

On one of the hottest days to be without AC I called Advent Air. Thank goodness! They didn't tell me they were too busy - they were so nice and scheduled same day service. Technician Alejandro called before arrival, right on time, accessed the problem and got it resolved.
Highly recommend!

Alex came to perform our semiannual AC checkup. He was on-time, friendly and professional. He took his time to give our system a thorough check up, both inside and outside. He promptly sent the inspection report via email. Overall a great job!

Kendrick was here for my semi-annual A/C system maintenance. He was thorough and spend the time he needed to perform an outstanding and complete job. He took time to explain things to me and left the site clean. I am extremely happy with his performance and thank him for the job well done. Customer service was also excellent and kept me informed on the schedule and arrival time. The technician, Kendrix Jennings was excellent and diligent.

Hard to be an a/c technician when the temps are above 100 degrees. Cassius from Advent worked through the heat and got my unit cooling again. Nothing like working under pressure. Thanks for you diligence and professionalism getting the job done.

I just had my HVAC serviced by ADVENT AIR and it was so smooth and professional. They advise you the day in advance; then they text you when the technician is on his way. The technician was curteous and advised of some possibly options without being pushing or selling. He went over the benefits of two potential options of purification. Love this.

Jimmy and his team arrived well within the time assigned. He took time to walk thru the work to be done and what they needed from us to complete it. The team stayed onsite and worked start to finish. If you've never had a AC system replaced be advised that it is a dirty job. Years of dust and dirt get draged down from the attic and spread along the path outside. The team spread tarps all along the path and when the job was done it was as though they had never been there. Great job, thanks Jimmy and Advent Air.

Wonderful service and very professional. Everything is inspected. We got several bids decided to get a true HVAC company in Advent that has to follow laws and rules and regulations and does it right! They also supplied us with 2 window units to use while we were deciding since our old system was completely shot. They care!

Long term customer of Advent AC.consistently great company and always very attentive to customer concerns. My AC upstairs was not cooling and called this morning.they sent technician Weston Powell to my house and he fixed things quickly and efficiently and kept me apprised of the course.

System was installed in new build in 2014. Advent did the design and install. We’ve been happy with the system performance. Recently one unit failed. It took a few days to get the part but they were very prompt when the part arrived. We are very satisfied.

Probably the most honest and competent home services company in Texas. I had an evaporator coil leak. Sarah explained, in detail, my options. She was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to install a new system because it was priced right and Carrier offered 60-month, zero percent financing. The install team arrived on time and was very professional. Absolutely a five-star company.
