I am very satisfied with the attention and communication that I had through the live chat. They informed me very well, they made recommendations and they even quoted me quickly. I didn't even have to call, I was able to solve everything through the live chat.

Top notch customer service and great pricing! The Postal Service indicated they delivered our AED supplies, and nowhere was the package found. AED USA offered to send a replacement package to an alternate address for me right away while they investigated the missing delivery. Turns out they did not need to, as the Postal Service did finally deliver it days AFTER delivery was indicated. If you are looking for fantastic service (hard to find nowadays) ALONG with excellent pricing, you really need to check out AED USA! I will definitely be back!

I am a volunteer parish nurse, and oversee the AEDs at our facility. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from AED USA (Ft. Worth). They have been courteous, had the items in stock, waited while I got the tax-exempt paperwork, and provided next day delivery. I chatted with a representative to see if the AED I wanted was in stock. They told me there was a nationwide shortage-which would explain why my order (at another company) was taking months. They told me what they had in stock and which was most comparable to the one I asked about. I placed the order and the AED was delivered in less than a week.
