2nd time coming to this place and I highly recommend their new Tech Don! He took the necessary time and care to not only remove my old set, but shape and mold my very first almond shaped ombré colored nails! He even made sure it was the exact shade of pink I was looking for. And I’m absolutely in love with how they came out! Will return again!

Just got my nails done here, absolutely love them. The establishment is clean, the customer service is great, and the work done is great.

Amber is so talented especially with pedicures. And she always does amazing on my brows! And B always goes my nails just how I want them. I’ve been coming here for over a year and there is no where better in Killeen. They always get me right! Oh and also they give military discounts and they give you free drinks

They are pretty good with getting you done in a timely manner if you come close to closing time. My toe was nicked bu accident last week. That is my only bad incident.

The lady at the front desk was nice and seated my daughter & I immediately but the service was rushed. My daughter said she didn’t even have a chance to just soak her feet in the water. I didn’t get the massage that I am supposed to get with my service. I will not be returning here.

I enjoy the great customer service & if something is wrong the way the managers see to getting things fixed is something I never experienced anywhere else. I used to just go to whoever, but lately I’ve been going to Ann she’s a nice, kind & welcoming nail tech all I have to do is make an appointment or sometimes I just walk in & she helps me. She offers me the best treatment & because of her it is one of the main reasons I go. If I have to refer someone I’d say go to “Ann” I really appreciate her & she will forever be my nail tech! Thanks for all you do! You’re the best!

I'll be honest (for the cost of my lightbill, I should be able to be honest, I hope), I never walk out here paying less than $160 (I never really understand the pricing, I really feel like they just add on until it's the total they want) (last time she told me a total then added $2, I said where did the additional $2 come from & she acted like she didn't understand me.) and the service really isn't worth it. Last time it took 3 different nail techs to complete a French pedicure, and it STILL wasn't exactly what I wanted. It's a convenient location and there's enough employees to give me a pedicure & do my nails at the same time. That is the only reason I return. P.s. Anyone else tired of feeling required to tip even though you hate your nails? Just me? Oh. Update I'm sorry I just had to add photos because as the days progressed, I realized that I just really hate this ombre & even the marble. (Disregard the cuticle as they are about a week+ old) This is by far the worst ombre I've ever had. & to respond to their prices menu, I've only ever see the pedicure menu while being offered "deluxe"- (apples and oranges in my water)

Levy came off as rude straight from the beginning. She didn’t have to get snippy with me like she did. Her energy the entire time just screamed “I don’t want to service you”.

Oh and Levy, as I’m sure you realized, I’m 6’4 so scooting closer to you isn’t so easy when the tables are so small. I honestly felt like you just wanted something to gripe about. Get a life.

This was my second time here, the first time the service was amazing. They offered me a drink and my pedicure was amazing. This time not so much. It felt rushed and no drink was offered. They say the pedicure comes with a 5 minute massage but I did not receive a 5 minute massage. He actually massaged only one of my legs the other got a little rub down that's it. The polish was applied unevenly and I hate it. So I paid but did not tip. I'll stick with US nails

Amy is my favorite nail tech. She's highly skilled and experienced in her craft. I would give her 10 stars if possible!

Great customer service, friendly, helpful, and experienced. Clean and well-kept establishment. Plenty of chairs and techs to provide service. Will definitely return.

It was my first time going here and Amy turned my bad experience to the salon into a beautiful one! She did a great job on my pedicure and even fixed a horrible manicure I received from someone else at this salon. I would only go back to see Amy! I recommend her to all! Thank you again:)

I went to Aeon yesterday first thing in the morning and I asked for a full set plus gel pedicure and I got just that but ever since I got my pedicure my big toes have been throbbing all night and when I got home from appointment I look at both of my big toes they both had blood on the sides. I believe it was “Mary” who did my pedicure. She must of have cut way to much. I’m only posting this to make Aeon aware and hope to it doesn’t happen again in the future to others

I’ve been loyal since y’all opened! Fantastic work.
I’m wearing a court ordered ankle monitor and was concerned and afraid to go get my feet done and get seen and judged by people. So for 9 months I missed out.
When I went back in recently, I informed the lady up front. She found me a nice side location away from the main group of eyes, and I was able to get this service done with very low discomfort (given the monitor doesn’t move out of the way)
I will say the experience was awesome just like it always was.
Great job you guys for making me feel like I wasn’t even wearing a monitor! Highly professional. Keep up the great work!

Go to Amy for your pedi you won’t be disappointed. This is my second time coming to her and she is always so pleasant, her leg massages are amazing and she takes her time when doing my pedicures so I can enjoy the full experience.
