I called them to have my report emailed to on my Resmed usage. The person I talked to said she would email and didn't. I explained I needed the report for my DOT exam. When I called back a different female or the same who knows answered and said because I wasn't getting supplies from them they couldn't send the report. So as long as I'm buying from you, you will send a report that was told I could get at anytime. Aerocare is shady and I'm very disappointed.

They operate with very deceptive practices. They take your credit card information just to have on file, then start charging without any notice. And when trying to get it straightened out, you get nothing but the runaround. Someone is always suppose to call back but they never do. Then their resolution is sorry, nothing they can do.

I needed an electric chair because I am disabled due to lung disease. They worked hard and got me approved and delivered the chair to me in record time. Great job everyone. Thank you and God bless

I can not say enough good things about AeroCare. We changed from our initial provider, set up a brand new account, and had delivery of a home oxygen concentrator, portable oxygen concentrator, and a BiPAP machine. I stressed so much over getting everything done per the doctors orders, getting insurance filed, delivery, paperwork, etc. Everyone has been phenomenal to work with (office staff, representatives of equipment, and delivery staff)! I was always updated by emails, phone calls, texts updates (with photos of who would be coming to deliver and set up the equipment), and the BiPAP representative came to see my Mother IN the hospital to answer any questions she had! The texts with names and photos was GREAT! I highly recommend AeroCare with any medical equipment rental needs, they made the process of getting my mother home with the equipment she needs painless and stress free.

Terrible company to deal with. Do not and I say DO NOT set up an account on autopay, they will with draw money on your credit card with out authorization and then it’s impossible to get it resolved. They will bounce you around from office to office and then at the main billing office I held on the phone for 20 minutes, yes they give you an option to leave your name and number and they will call you back (Surprise their not gonna call you back).

I have a friend who is a client of this company. He requires a power wheelchair due to a medical condition since birth. This company provided a power chair for my friend and handled all the billing with his insurance. The problem is the chair has been broken more than it has worked properly. When he calls often they screen his calls and send him to voicemail. They promise a call back by the next day anytime he is able to speak to him and continue to ignore him. When he does speak to them they always have an excuse about why it is still not ready. Going on two years now that he has had his wheel chair and it’s worked properly maybe 3 months total. They sold a product that is unreliable, has a faulty design and that they don’t know how to service and have routinely tried to blame the customer for a defective product. The ownership of the company has changed since we started all of this but the employees and poor service have not.

Aero care is nothing but fraud, running a scam by going into my credit card taking any amount of payments anytime, they refuse to assistance.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS! NOT ONLY WHEN YOU CALL AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN BILLING THEY NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. THEY PUT EVERYONE ON AUTOPAY AND YOU GET CHARGED FOR THINGS THAT ARE NOT FOR THE PATIENT TO PAY. THE MANAGER LORI IS SO RUDE WHEN YOU GET TO SPEAK TO HER. BUT WHEN YOU DO SPEAK TO HER SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THIS WHOLE COMPANY SUCKS AS A MEDICAL DME PROVIDER!
