Received a replacement OxyGO portable oxygen generator for a defective one. Bobby was concerned that new generator was a new model and that our spare batteries would not work in the new. Perfect example of how Aerocare cares for the needs of the patient.

Had a lot of problems just getting set up with service after moving from DesMoines Iowa to Allen Texas and having no problems then moved to Houston area and have to use this service. Took a long time, then after getting approval for portable concentrator, took from September 2018 till now February 2020 to get me one. Otherwise good service, get my nebulizer meds through mail, if I need something else, it usually doesnt take more than a day to get it.

Al ways ready to repair/replenish parts and supplies required for the continued use of my medical equipment. Pleasant. Easy to communicate

The customer service is excellent. My mother would receive a reminder calls to re-order the parts of her C PAP machine. They coordinate with the somnologist and help my mother to find the best mask fit her.
