Poor patient care. Poor follow-up. Poor communication. Always out of C-pap supplies. I never got anything delivered always forced to drive 26 miles one way. Several hidden charges you won't be Aware of even with medicaid and Medicare. Felt like I was taken advantage of just for insurances no care at all. I complained to company but to no avail. Suggest finding a different company for sleep apnea devices.

I found my whole experience with this medical supply store to be ridiculous and without care for their customers. I have been recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and when asking to try on different mask, I was informed that I cannot sample different mask but I could buy them (mask costing at least $100 per mask). So what they were telling me, is that if I buy a mask and it's not what I like, I just burnt $100. So I can try on shoes at any store and spend anywhere between $20 to $150 (or more) but I can't try out a sleep mask to see if it fits? And when having problems with your machine or mask that is helping you with a life threatening condition there are no afterhour services AND you have to schedule for an appointment in regards to troubleshooting why you can't breath at night with their product. So i went from Friday before Christmas with problems and needing assistance with my machine/mask to Tuesday before i could finally speak with someone just to find out THURSDAY was the earliest they could see me to assist me.
It's just another company that doesn't care about their customers. If they did, they would have better work procedures, more availability and not just trying to get you to buy a $150 CPAP mask on a guess before actually getting to try them on.
And AeroCare, I notice your template of an apology/acknowledgement of previous complaints. I don't find sincerity in a template/cookie cutter response.
Excellent care. Brandon was so professional and compassionate. He went over each item how long they will run and when to change them out. He was so loving and kind. Excellent service and got the oxygen out so quickly. Thank you for great service!
Very helpful and reassuring. I am extremely claustrophobic and very apprehensive about cpap therapy and they really helped ease my mind and told me to reach out with ANY questions or concerns.
I had an excellent experience with AEROCARE. The Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. My equipment (CPAP and Nebulizer) was explained thoroughly and in terms I could understand. Appropriate Information cards with Contact numbers were attached to my Teaching folder so they wouldn’t get lost. PLUS a refrigerator magnet. All my questions were clearly answered as well as when I could expect to be contacted regarding replacement supplies. Excellent experience.
