We had some time conflicts and were afraid we were going to have to reschedule, but Ashley took the time to get the training done personally so we could get my mom home and fed. We really appreciated it, especially since she did it and it wasn’t technically her obligation. Glad she cared!

The people that work at the location are genuinely great. The phone company that calls you you non stop trying to get you to order new supplies is terrible. To top it off they got my order wrong I need med mask not small. They are almost as bad as telemarketers. I am fed up with this service and will be going elsewhere.

AeroCare Home Med came to my rescue! I had to travel for work and they brought me an O2 concentrator, which saved my life! The delivery technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and empathitic. Thank you!

Reception was very good; attention to detail quite good, equipment pick up and instructions exemplary, time frame management conducted expediently, professional staff interaction for access to equipment authorizations at handover went well and overall experience pleasant.

The whole experience was great, the teaching, the hands with the CPAP machine & any questions that were answered. The mask fitting was done over the internet. So no multiple appointments. The setup was great. The teacher was fantastic, did an awesome job.

My experience with the Temple adapthealth today.
Getting my new Cpap was no doubt one of the best handled orientations and services that I have had from just about any health care facility in along time.
I would HIGHLY recommended them to anyone.

Desserae was very professional and efficient at her job. She has provided all supplies requested and was even able to give me information about a new Pulminary Doc. Closer in location. The service was great!

Adapt Health Care technician arrived on time as scheduled. He explained everything great. Also some other items that are to be delivered to my home. Johnny the technician was very very helpful and professional. Thank you.

This is difficult.because Gabby our technician was AMAZING but their billing department is such a mess. They need people like Gabby to train their billing. Honestly if the techs weren't so great.we'd find another provider.

Awesome customer service. Mr. Gary was very informative, took time with each of us, and called to check up on how I was doing with my CPAP. Definitely worth the drive, and even left with my CPAP the first visit.

The expert Technician, Rodney, was well organized and skillful. He was engaging, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very respectful and presented with a very kind demeanor. I’m very pleased with the Electrical Hospital Bed and I’m certain my Spouse will benefit from the necessary product. We are more than satisfied. We are very grateful our experience was so positive.

Laurie met me at my home the day I left the hospital to help set up my equipment. I was a little nervous but Laurie and everyone at adapt have gone above and beyond to make this transition period as comfortable and safe as possible, thank you so much!

Gary S, at Aerocare was such a big help he did so good talking to us and took his time to explain everything we needed to know about our machine. And the other ladie when you first walkin was very courteous and helpful on helping me when i booked my appointment. They both were such a big help.

The staff is awesome especially Gary. He was very knowledgeable and showed me how to operate my machine and just overall I was very pleased and educated about my sleep apnea equipment. Gary's Great at his job.

They have been so helpful and was willing to go the extra mile to help me with my insurance they are very kind and caring and Gary really took the time to be sure I felt comfortable with the equipment I was going home with.

John is the Adapt technician who came to my home to service my oxygen concentrator. He was on time, personable and polite, and obviously very familiar with the equipment. He educated me about the need for periodic professional visits to ensure proper machine performance. I will call John back. Thank you.
