8A little over a week before Christmas a store full of people one person at the register and the other folding clothing. I don't understand.
Please remind your cashiers and workers customer service goes a long way. Was in here yesterday 2 cashiers at the register one ringing up the other next to her, the lady did not greet us, ask if we found everything okay, did not thank us NADA! 0 communication from this lady at all. Super super unprofessional!
Not great but decent collections of tees. Of all the other stores they have decent pricing.
Rude attitude, and prejudicial. Ironically they don’t sell anything nice there. I don’t shop here and don’t recommend
Horrible! The store closes at 7pm however when I got there at 6: 30 Nicole right away said they're closed. I asked her what time they close and she said 7. As I remind her that it's 6: 30pm, she let's us in. Not even 10 min later another client tries to come in but Nicole tells him that they are closed. As I was being rushed in my shopping I looked at Nicole and nodded my head. She knew exactly that it wasn't 7pm yet. Like if you don't want to work then don't or go find another job that closes early. Don't change the store hours just because you want to go home early. Very very unprofessional.
The young white manager was completely unprofessional. She was taking a personal boy drama call at the checkout while the line grew. When a young female Hispanic employee asked to take her break she told her no she was sending her home because the store had only made 6,000 and was supposed to be at 12,000. All of this out loud and totally unprofessional. This was on April 17th around 5: 00. Get that girl out of there. She is not ready to be a manager of anything.
Store was packed. The second we walked in we got chased out saying there "were too many people in the store for that" because we said we can't wear masks. Everyone else with masks though had no issue being packed side to side with their masks, touching them and then touching the products. Gross!
I didn’t like the workers there I went today with my too sisters and there’s was this worker that keep looking at us like if we were going to steal something and if we will go to another part of the store she will go there to she won’t stop following us we were so uncomfortable there that we left the store and we couldn’t buy nothing there I think that she didn’t like us because we were speaking another language
