I usually am an online shopper, however I had to stop by the mall and finally came in store to grab a few things. I shopped with Emily who has the best customer service, quite possibly ever. Her product knowledge is exceptional and before even shopping she handed me a tea. I love how she wasn’t pushy, yet there for any questions, and had genuine recommendations. As for the store, it is quiet, calming and truly a little slice of heaven.

This has to be one of my favorite store fronts. Customer service is top tier.

My first Aēsop experience was amazing! The sales associate, though I don’t remember her name, was extremely knowledgeable. What I remember is that she wore glasses.
Anyways, the store’s aesthetic was very calm and organized. I got a personalized experience by the sales associate. She clearly listened to what I liked and disliked. She asked good questions and made good recommendations. She even took note as to what samples I would like. My shopping bag was sprayed with Gloam which I will be buying next time I go to Dallas.

The staff were so helpful and kind! They helped me get the best products for my specific needs. I really appreciate them answering all my questions and letting me try all the products I was considering. This level of care is rare these days.
