I have always had a pleasant experience here! The staff are very nice and the services has always been great. I feel like they are knowledgeable and I trust that they are doing a good job!

My wife Donna was treated by A&I Dentistry earlier this week, and her care was exemplary. She had suffered 4 days in pain over the holiday weekend, with an implant cap (put on by another dentist) that had dislodged. Her regular dentist called A&I for help, and we are very glad she did. The people are great, and her pain relief was immediate. I HIGHLY recommend A&I.

All of my appointments with Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry have been great. Last week I had a cleaning with Marina and she was amazing. So very kind, pleasant and reassuring. Dr. Jaramillo came in and checked me promptly and set me up for follow-up care. He is also very kind and positive. The whole staff is so

You are the most arrogant dentist I’ve ever been treated by. Dr Morgan was extremely compassionate and always went out of his way to treat his patients with respect and dignity. It is obvious you have no respect for disabled veterans, law enforcement and those born with special needs meaning mentally handicapped. I thank God that you never treated mydaughter who was born with Down Syndrome and has dementia.

Dr. Noe L. Jaramillo is by far the best dentist in Midlothian. His staff is so caring and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the doors. Dr. Jaramillo graduated from Texas A&M School of Dentistry…whoop!

Dr. Jaramillo is great. Just had two crowns he made them right there on site, when I left they were finished no going back. His assistant Sidney was very helpful made the whole procedure go smoothly. They have all the newest dental equipment to make the dental visit fast, and comfortable.
